I’ll start by saying that my husband and I are not big B&B fans. We usually find the rooms too small and that was the case at Le Petite Chateau. Although we had one of the larger rooms (Champagne) it was still a bit cramped for us. (It was also at the top of a narrow flight of stairs, problematic...

Thank you for your review, Our sincere apologies for the towel situation which surprises me as we sun dry our lanudry. Then we dry it in the dryer to fluff it..I will certainly make sure that this doesn't happen again. The inn was built circa 1900. it was originally a farmhouse which has been completely restored and moderinzed. As a...

Our two nights stay added immeasurably to our enjoyment of the beautiful Hudson River Valley and our visit to the FDR Presidential Library and Museum, located a few minutes drive from the inn. Our room was comfortable and cozy and we enjoyed the luxurious toiletries and fluffy towels in the thoroughly modern bathroom. The adjacent lounge was welcoming and complimentary...

Thank you for writing a review, we know it takes time from a busy schedule! We are proud of our extra touches: the professional chefs, the wine and cheese, fresh flowers, italian tumble tile bathrooms.. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with others!

My wife and I visited CIA for our anniversary and decided to make an overnight of it. We chose Petite Chateau for its proximity to CIA, and the reviews on TA. This B&B was delightful. 4 rooms, 2 generous common areas and nice grounds. The rooms were very comfortable and we were happy with the accommodations and the breakfast. We...

We appreciate the time you took to submit a review. The inn is quite lovely this time of year as I am a lazy gardner ..but there are lots and lots of perennials to show off summer color. Our pond is clean and clear, it's a nice place to come and do nothing or within minutes, see the nearby sights!...

I stayed at La Petit Chateau Inn the night before and after my wedding. The hotel is absolutely adorable and it was so relaxing getting ready there on our wedding day. The owners were very accommodating allowing my bridal party and I to use the sunroom so that we could have more space to have our hair and make-up done....

Vous etes tres gentile! You are so kind to write a review especially so soon after your wedding! That is extremely gracious of you. We so appreciate wedding couples who enjoy the old world charm of Le Petit Chateau Inn. It is such a tranquil environment and lovely in the spring and summer with everything in bloom. My husband and I spent four nights at the Inn recently. We traveled to Hyde Park to visit historical sights and eat at the CIA. But back to the Inn: the location was perfect for exploring the area. We stayed in the Rhone Room which was tastefully decorated and had a large in suite bathroom. Chef Justin's egg dishes for...

Merci beaucoup. We so appreciate the time you took to submit a review. We are very proud of the food and service we provide to our guests, especially when they choose to stay for four nights! We believe the extra touches in the afternoon refreshments of wine and cheese impart a pleasant international fee to the inn. Thank you again!

This was our third time staying at Le Petit Chateau, and the occasion was my 50th birthday. When discussing plans for the big day, one of the first thoughts was to celebrate with family and friends at the Chateau. It was my husband and me, my sister and brother-in-law and one other couple, our dearest friends. Not only did the...

Merci mille fois! It is always nice to read acknowledgements of the "little touches" Le Petti Chateau Inn offers our guests. Thank you for mentioning our cheese and fruit plates and afternoon refreshments. Every guest is special to us and we are extremely pleased when they return. And for a third time! Thank you for taking the time to write...

My husband and I went to this B&B for a weekend getaway and were just floored by the food at breakfast. Everything was locally organically grown and farmed and you could taste the freshness of everything right down to the berrys. The chef was a student at the Culinary Institute which was the main point of our trip up there...

They cooked Paleo breakfasts for us and shared nice wines in the afternoons. The owner, Valerie, was very friendly and helpful and recommended a wonderful restaurant in the area. The staff was all very nice and helpful. Our room got a little warm at night and there was no good way to cool it down. We don't usually stay at...

Merci mille fois! Thank you very much for taking the time to submit a review,. Our professional chefs take pride in serving our guests with special dietary needs. They serve scrumptious breakfast meals that fit gluten-free, lactose intolerant and PALEO needs! And without the guests feeling as though they are on a diet!

We stayed from December 23 to 25, and had a perfectly magical time. The rooms were beautifully appointed and the entire experience suited my finicky heart. We were disappointed in our first breakfast, however. The young and enthusiastic chefs attempted to create an original concoction which I desperately tried to enjoy but alas, couldn't. Woke up to a White Christmas...

My husband and I took some time off from work to spend an overnight in Hyde Park, particularly to have dinner at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), as well as to do some bicycle riding (for him) and running (for me). It is so wonderful to have guests like this couple! We are proud of our inn as representing Old World Charm, something I think that is lacking in many of the boutique-style environments. I think one of the charms of a bed and breakfast, is the interaction with the guests. As I am an avid bicyclist, our conversations were quite...
