All the rooms smell like Jacksonville flooded recently - oh, it did... Find higher ground for a better experience. Location is convenient - lots of hotels and restaurants. Pure filter in room isn’t enough to fight the smell.

Nice centrally located hotel with restaurants/bars and some shopping within walking distance . A pretty good hot breakfast is included and the staff is pleasant. My only complaint is that housekeeping was a little slack on vacuuming and I had to make 2 request before...More
I have stayed at this location many times over the past few years and recently because of its proximity to the locations I call on. It is in walking distance to restaurants and a movie theater. The hotel has a recently “renovated” front lobby area....More

I had a decent recent stay. Staff upon check in were friendly and efficient. Rooms are good sized with separate seating area like most Springhill's. The room was quiet. Fit and finish was a little rough in spots. Would stay again.
Liked this hotel and the staff were very friendly
