Well maintained family RV campground. Most sites can accommodate larger RVs. Staff is friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was better than most campgrounds, We've been coming here during Easter break for about 8 years. Part of the park is paved, with paved sites and concrete patios. The other is gravel. Some premium sites have lakefront deck. Several planned activities. In park...

Firstly, I had read reviews and some were not all that nice. Talking about people being rude at the front desk....nothing could be farther from the truth. My husband and I were there for a month. We had a site close to the bathhouse and close to the office. At first I was not sure if I would like the...

The resort was fine. Easy hook ups, nice site. I am a jogger and there is a nice 1 mile loop around the camp ground. I was having a ood run when I came across a large Confederate Flag hanging outside one of the RV's. This made me feel uncomfortable. They also do not accept any senior citizens discounts

Our camping club has held several winter rallies here over the years. The park has excellent meeting and kitchen facilities for groups. The staff has been accommodating, going above and beyond with their flexibility about the number of coaches expected the types of sites needed, and other details The sites are clean and level, the roads good. Lakeside sites are...

First negative post ever for me. We have had 30 plus stays this season..all good. We left RV in secure locked area for one week. Asked specifically about security. Upon return trailer hitch was gone. Replacement cost was $100. Asked staff about possibility of comp nights to cover cost given they acknowledged that only authorized people have access to "secure...

We had to cancel weeks of advanced RV reservations at several other resorts during high season due to a medical event. It put us in Jacksonville for 2 months. Miracle worker, Donna, made a stressful event much less so. We were able to get a space for our extended, last minute stay. We even got a great space right on...

Very nice people and very well maintained resort. We have a travel trailer but there are cabins too. Café was very convenient and the food was good. Would love to go back when the lake has all of the activities going on! There is a Wal-Mart right down the road and a Home Depot for anything you forget.

We just stayed in the resort over the 2016/17 New Years Weekend. Our stay was good, the park is good, however I would not rate it as a "Resort". We parked over by the Interstate and would not recommend that because of the noise and lack of shade. We booked some sites on the lake for June. we will be...

This is an honest review of Flamingo Lakes.... Check-In was great, friendly staff, directs you to your site, and pretty helpful. The lake is beautiful, and nice. The restaurant was typical bar food, but nice for a campground. The sites are mixed amongst daily sites and long stay. They are appear grouped in areas based on this. The sites are...

We booked with this park 3 weeks in advance and have stayed here multiple times before with our dogs. We drove all the way from TN and they refused to honor the reservation because we have 2 huskies, which they asked when we made the reservation if we had pets but did not ask the breed. We have our 2...

Dear Deanna, We're very sorry you had this experience however, having stayed with us in the past, you must be aware of our policies put in place by our insurance carrier 3 years ago stating the breeds of dogs allowed in the park. The list of breeds not allowed are clearly stated on the website as well as in our...
