I had been dreading staying in this motel after reading the reviews. However, we had decided at the last minute to take our trip, so we had little choice but to take what was left. As a reviewer said, it was noisy with the window open, but only until 10PM on a weekend evening. It certainly could have used some...

We stayed here two nights for a fishing trip. Our room had a great view of the harbor and a nice balcony. Room was clean, beds were comfortable with nice bedding. Bath had an additional vanity outside the main bath. Obvious that owners are up-grading the hotel. Staff was helpful and pleasant. This is a good choice for basic accommodations....

First off, the lady in reception made my stay bearable. I needed one night and everywhere else had worst reviews or was extremely expensive. The room as you walk in is old. Then you go to the bathroom. Everything is dirty. Wore my flip flops in the room. Beside the beds have never been cleaned, it looks like and the...

I seldom give low ratings, but this is seriously the worst motel we have ever stayed at and we travel a lot! We made the reservation while we were in route and didn't do our regular research on TripAdvisor. I don't mind outdated furniture and the bed was adequate. But the room smelled musty and there was NO AIR CONDITIONING. It...

My husband and I stayed here recently. It is the prettiest hotel, but it is really nice for the price. The room has outdated furniture and a kitchenette with a small amount of dishes. Which was great for us since we were down there clamming. We were able to clean the clams in the room before going home (it was...

Building does Show its age. Room is quaint. Bathroom very small. Parking is tight. Not recommended for big trucks. Linens were clean and fresh. That's always a plus. Right on the main drag. Access is doable but challenging if the lot is busy. Staff is friendly. Looks like a typical run down hotel. But inside it's comfy. Good place to...

For what looks like a typical old, dingy, cheap motel the room had new bedding and furniture and did not have that typical cheap motel smell. Noise from highway is loud. But for the price this is decent option

Normally, I wouldn't take the time to write a bad review. My husband stayed here because it was the only room available in all of Astoria. It was expensive (we paid the same for a nice, ocean-view room in Seaside weeks earlier) for the quality of the room. The beds were noisy, there was a ton of noise from outside,...

I usually do not like to write bad reviews, but this is one motel that I will not be staying at again. Noise level was awful due to the super thin walls. Street noise, walking around neighbors, upstairs neighbors moving furniture at 2 am! The set up is nice, there was a living area with a bed, table, tv, 2...

Staff was friendly, however non smoking room smelt of old smoke, and new smoke from room below in bathroom. Due to proximity to tidal river, a dampness in air meant musty room. It felt generally old and in new of upgrades. it did have a fridge in the room and wifi reception was reasonable. It "did the job" but won't...
