Such a beautiful property and fun place to stay. The view is amazing. Rooms are fantastic. Loved the fireplace and the tub. Wine and cheese happy hour was nice as well as the breakfast selections. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.
Overall we had an amazing time at this hotel. The view was incredible. I didn't know about the massage appointments but they may not have been happening due to COVID. The spa was clean, the sauna was hot and the staff was really friendly. I would definitely go back!
So glad we finally made it to the Cannery Pier Hotel. We loved the view from our room (King Deluxe), always changing with the tides, the time of day and the passage of various boats and ships. If we had stayed more than one night we would have hung out in one of the many common areas, indoors and out, all of which were comfortably furnished and with great views. Our room was also comfortably furnished and very quiet, even with ships passing by.
We stayed from Friday until Monday and requested housekeeping service twice during that time - nobody showed up. Bed was never made during the entire stay and no clean towels were provided. Not what we expected for the price!
I don't mean to be a downer, but this hotel under delivered, especially for the price. There are a number of things that could be 'blamed on Covid', but our experience lacked anything stellar. Staff were nice, and rooms were clean.
