Staff is good, proximity to convention center is great, but this hotel is looking worn for being so young. The rooms are scuffed, dinged, etc. For our recent stay, there was a Model UN competition going on with high school students. Generally they were polite but they were noisy into the late evening; they could certainly benefit by learning some...

Stayed here during a MLB trip and it was perfect. Location and staff were excellent. Room was decorated nicely and very clean. Parking was somewhat expensive but the room rate was in line with other nearby hotels. We would stay here again in the future.

Stayed here for the American Craft Council Show. I could have watched a baseball game from my room (too bad it was February!) However, I did not have hot water for the entire four days I was there. The first morning, the shower head was like broken and there water was lukewarm at best. I told Joshua at the front...

Check in was fast and efficient. Our room was large with a partial view of the baseball field. The bed was very comfortable and the shower hot and powerful. Wi-Fi worked great in the lobby - in the room I would have needed to pay! The Inner Harbor is just a short walk away. I would love to stay again.

This is a large but friendly and welcoming hotel. The staff was very supportive from the bellman to check in to check out and throughout the stay. We often stay there during the Baltimore craft fair at the convention center, which is only a couple of blocks away. It is also right next to Camden Yards, with some rooms looking...

I literally couldn't wait to write a review for the Hilton Baltimore, and my experience there. My perspective is from someone who saw the hotel operate under the highest stress situation, and at capacity...and I gave them five stars. I was there for an International Convention for a youth group. There were people from literally all corners of the globe,...

Had a pleasant stay at the Hilton Baltimore during a recent conference. I wanted to write a review to note especially that I found the staff to be very positive and helpful. From the gentleman that greeted us a valet parking when we pulled up, to the bellman who check our luggage, to the front desk and on and on....

Like most Hilton's, this hotel is pleasing to the eye. It is clean and several room overlook the ballpark. It is within walking distance to the better parts of Baltimore's waterfront, the Ravens and Orioles stadiums. As an HHonors elite member, we were given access to the executive lounge with included a free breakfast. The lounge was a scam to...

Stayed three nights. The third night, guests had a party in rooms on the floor where I was staying. They went up and down the hallways talking and laughing and arguing at 2 and 3 in the morning. Had to call security. Hotel should be better monitored!! Rooms were in need of up-dating...worn carpet and furniture. Staff was courteous but...

The hotel location and staff were great, as we were essentially stranded due to a blizzard - but the amenities over the span of our extended stay were essentially cut-off, as I imagine they kept a limited staff during the storm. Dining services and housekeeping services for guests were diminished, and even though there were few new guests coming to...
