I've stayed in several hotels in the area and recently stayed at The Hilton Baltimore on a work trip with several meetings within their facilities. Upon arrival, the gentleman working valet greeted me and quickly took care of my bags as I stood inside the door due to the very cold and windy weather. The employees at the desk were...

Hotel has an odd footprint, with rooms, lobby and large meeting rooms on one side of the street, the restaurant and most small meeting rooms on the other side of the stret. After you get that figured out, the rest is easy. Good bed, but the housekeeping staff is lazy. The bartenders, front desk, and restaurant employees were fantastic. It's...

Like many Hilton hotels, the room was extremely clean, modern and well decorated. The front desk staff was very helpful - especially when I had difficulty logging on to the WiFi (purely operator error). I really appreciated that the hotel bar was conducive for business meetings. Most importantly for me, I could take the light rail train from BWI almost...

Great downtown location, we could walk most places. Room was fine, housekeeping staff very efficient and did a great job. Was a little strange to have to walk across the street or skybridge to reach the hotel restaurant. BTW it is average at best. Pricey and slow wait staff any time of day...Hotel bar was also kind of small and...

Bad food. Dirty rooms, Heating system that spews dust every time you use. Pushing bell man. I will never come back to stay in this hotel, unless my company books it for me or they decide to invest in their systems so all guests can have clean rooms and working heating and cooling systems.

Stayed 5 nights to attend NSCAA Convention. Hilton Baltimore is connected to Baltimore Convention Center via nice walkway. Arrived late Tuesday morning hoping to get an upgrade. My upgraded room was not yet ready so I settled for a regular room. Got it. Opened the door only to find the room had not yet been attended by housecleaning and it...

Nice hotel and a pleasant staff. Excellent location for restaurants and bars for the inner harbor area. Camden right next door. I was on 17th floor and had a great view of the stadium. Spent a little time at hotel bar which was nice. This hotel is connected to the convention center.

I was staying here for a convention. There is not a more convenient location since the convention center is connected to the hotel by covered walkways on the second floor. The location is also within walking distance to the inner harbor and many great restaurants. Our room had a fantastic view of the Orioles' field--too bad it was January. The...

Large big chain hotels have trouble generating in me any reactions besides "it's ok" and "it's no good". This one is ok, optimally connected to the convention center, but without any other feature I will ever recall. Well... maybe I will remember that rooms' don't have windows that open and are therefore poorly ventilated, and that I was told the...

I came here on a business trip in January. I was surprised by the great location this hotel offers. I was on the 17th floor overlooking the Orioles stadium. If there was a game going on you could literally watch it from your room. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would definitely...
