The hotel is well located. Breakfast was very poor. The use of plastic in the place is outrageous, if you care a bit about the environment being there is a bit painful. The receptionist that did our check out was utterly rude. I wouldn't go back to this place, very unwelcoming.

I was very worried about this hotel after reading some reviews but was very pleasantly surprised upon arrival. It wasn't anywhere near bad as reviews stated. Yes, the room was small but it was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. Front desk staff wasn't going out of their way to offer help but if asked were...

Called twice to make sure we got a 2 beds room. At check-in we were given a 1 bed room. Switched us but it took a while. radio was broken. asked if it could be replaced, was told "it's only for the alarm and all rooms had the same thing". So I guess they bought a batch of broken radios...

This Hotel takes no pride in their appearance! It is DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -the bed was sloppily made -smoke detector broken, hanging off the ceiling -the toilet did not flush -sheets, walls & carpet had stains -bathroom corners and floor was dirty -outside window ledge had tons bird crap -the windows were dirty, like they hadn't been cleaned in months -remote control...

Good location, fair price for Inner Harbor. Little unclean feeling, but not bad. Staff was nice. Homeless outside all the time. Lots of homeless sleeping in dining district with urine smell as you walk by. Not a fan of Baltimore, anymore.

Basic. No frills. Bed was comfortable. Room fit the bill for the trip. Hotel doesn't have any extras. No lobby to speak of, breakfast was weak, no bar. A clean comfortable place to sleep. If you want anything else than that, keep looking.

We paid $189 to stay here on a Friday night. Find someplace else if you want to be near the inner harbor, or stay in fells point, it's a much nicer area and less than 10 min. Away. Right next to the hotel is a small convience store that had bums hanging out in front of all day and night....

The place is OK, low rates, clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff and good location. We didn't have any trouble with the A/C or hot water, but there are few things you have to consider before booking a room, things like : NO PARKING ( there is public parking right on the corner and cost $15 a day), the WI-FI...

This hotel is rundown and in dire need of a renovation. The first room I was directed to on the second floor had a window air conditioner duct-taped to the wall, with one large gap (about 1 inch) that was open directly to the outside. I asked for a room change, and while the front desk accommodated my request, the...

Friendly stuff, room was nice and clean. If you're traveling on a budget or need a place for a night or two, it's perfect. The staff is very friendly, the hotel itself feels rustic and a little weatherworn but in a charming sort of way. The only negative I found is that the ice machine was broken and dirty. The convenience...
