On arriving the front door had about 25 folks waiting as it was a transfer station for buses. Inside lobby very shabby. Let me say right away the staff and I mean all the staff were terrific. We went thru 8 keys before they found one that worked on our door. The bathroom door is originally and outside door. The...

My fiance and I went for one night to Baltimore and we stayed at the Best Western Envy. The front desk receptionist was very nice and helpful, the rooms were modern and clean. The hotel was very well situated within 5 min driving from all the main Baltimore attractions. The only complain I have is that on our checkout on...

This may not be where you would choose to stay for ostentatious luxury, as there is no indoor swimming pool, cocktail lounge or other extravagant amenities, but if you would like a location in downtown Baltimore that will provide you with the necessities of a comfortable bed, a solid breakfast to start your day, and a helpful, pleasant and attentive...

On the good side, the bed was comfortable, the windows open, and Peet's and Walgreen's are right across the street. The bad, read the reviews. We ran into all the issues we read about, door alarms constantly going off, poor water pressure, broken elevators, a crowd at the front door at all hours. I read about drug dealers and prostitutes...

The only problems i had was the hotel lobby really threw me off it was very dirty and unkept i work at a hotel so seeing your lobby really made me wonder how the room would look i was definitely a little worried. Your staff could of looked a little my professional. The other other thing was breakfast. Yes it...

Okay. First off, it is conveniently located. That is the pro. Oh, and staff were very nice. The rest? Horrible. The hotel is dirty (don't look on the window sills behind the oversized headboards - dust, I think a cookie? possibly a condom wrapper). The hotel is shabby - worn furniture, an external room door as an internal bathroom door,...

Was given a room smaller then when I reserved, then when I brought it to the staffs attention, I got an attitude because I told her I was supposed to have a desk in my room (was there for business). Walking a block away to park in a garage, in the rain, was not pleasant at all. Then when I...

Yes, it was that bad. Really bad location, not as safe as the hotels a few blocks down. The shower door in my room was broken. Very hot in the hall ways. There wasn't a real comforter or pillows. Only parking garage near was a block away so you have to carry your luggage all the way over, but the...

For the price and location, the experience was acceptable. It was by far the smallest hotel room I've ever seen but for a central downtown location, I guess that is what you get. Cleanliness was okay. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever attempted to sleep in, not cool when I was getting up early to run in...

The best feature of this hotel is its central location. It is a very short walk to many of Baltimore's downtown attractions like Camden Yards and the Inner Harbor. A few other things about this property left a favorable impression, the helpful staff, adequate hot breakfast, and comfortable beds. That's where the positives end. First off there is no easy...
