I was fortunate to be in the Roosevelt suite, which was quite lovely and had a good harbor view (and the most complex toilet/bidet I have ever seen). The housekeepers were very nice and the room was clean. The staff at the front desk, however, were inexperienced and poorly trained. Come on, Marriott, you can do better than this!

Just got back from a conference at Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. I really liked the location... It's one block from a Starbucks and Whole Foods, two blocks from African-American History Museum, and close walking distance to the charming Fells Point neighborhood with amazing bars and restaurants! I was lucky enough to be on 16th floor with a view of harbor and...

In many ways, this is a typical Marriott. The biggest perk is the location, which is right on the water. I was there for one week for a conference, and in many ways this hotel fell short of expectations. The biggest problem is that our hotel room was NEVER serviced by housekeeping, not a single day that I stayed there....

Attended a national music teachers conference here in 2017. Stayed in room 2928 (2 double beds). Beds were clean and comfortable, room is equipped with TV/remote, phones, jacks for charging devices, coffeemaker, refrigerator. The bathroom is nice--shower works well. I will say, however, the furniture had a lot of dings and dents in it. I also wondered why the coffeemaker...

Staff was friendly and always greeted me with a smile. I was there for a convention. The ballroom was fine, front desk fine, typical Marriott with no surprises, which I appreciate as a frequent traveler. Only ding I would give is for the fitness center. The first day, there were no wipes for the machines, no hand sanitizer. The machines...

I have stayed here approximately 10 times since it opened back when "Harbor East" was just a pipe dream Wow has it declined..the lobby is nice, they spent TONS renovating it and the results are mediocre. I think the hotel tried to cater less to "locals" and in the process made it just another average hotel. So i paid $400...

This was a great location for our family weekend to the inner harbor. We walked everywhere from the aquarium to the restaurants and the Monster Jam show the next day. The rooms were comfortable and they even had complimentary washers and dryers since we all got caught in a heavy rainstorm.

For business trips, my boss tends to choose upscale lodging, so I have come to expect a certain level of quality from this level of hotel. The initial impression was stunning from the friendly greeting at the door to the tastefully decorated lobby. The attendants at the desk were also pleasant to work with. The room itself gave a good...

Typical Marriott super hospitality with a great location for walking to Little Italy or the harbor. We actually walked to Fells Point in the summer. Rooms are spacious and all staff are attentive. Great choice for a visit any time.

I have stayed in many Marriotts before including this one 4 years ago and these rooms were very dated. The dresser was beat up. There was a "lotion like" material all over the dresser and nightstand. There was an old phone charger hanging out of the wall. The bed looked like someone had crawled across it. The door was knicked,...
