This is in a great location - just a few blocks from the harbor and walking distance to tons of restaurants. Was able to check in early since I’m a rewards member. Nice breakfast, clean room and pleasant employees. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Baltimore.

Here recently for biz trip.
Modern decor, large screen TV....room setup was spacious, with space for a sofa as well. Work space was adequate. Bed was comfy, firm pillows (to my liking), fridge in room. One has to go downstairs to use a microwave though.
Bath was great, with a translucent door that allowed the light in the bath to filter through.
Fitness center was good, with several treadmills and ellipticals/cycles, as well as free weights and bench. Spacious. Of course, with social distancing, they only allow 4 in the room at a time.....no problem at all, For both days I worked out, no one else was there. The towels were not available though (probably due to the COVID 19 rules), but the sanitizing wipes were readily available, as well as the sanitizer stations.
Close access to food (Little Italy). Lots of choices.....2 blocks from the water.

Nice, clean hotel that has exceptional service and in a good location. They had some nice personal touches like hot chocolate in the lobby and all guest rooms included breakfast. Close to the inner harbor and not far from BWI airport.

The entire staff was extremely helpful and always asking if there was anything they could do to make our stay perfect. Ruth, in banquets, was also very helpful and flexible to our schedule and needs. I was extremely impressed with ALL staff members.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights while my husband was receiving a kidney transplant at Johns Hopkins Hospital. The hotel staff were amazing during this stressful time in my life; they were attentive, kind, and encouraging. Help was always prompt and cheerful. The hotel location was also great during my solo times out for groceries or meals, the area felt safe and had great options within a block of the hotel, several food options on the same block as the hotel.

My son was having surgery in Baltimore and was not able to walk, so I made arrangements weeks in advance for an ADA room with an accessible shower. We arrived at 6pm after traveling from Texas to be told our room was not ready. Huh? We received a text an hour later we could check in. Once we got to our room, we realized we did not have an accessible shower. Called downstairs only to be told the room we requested was “out of order”. Too tired to move rooms at that point. The breakfast area in the morning looked like a tornado went through it. No cups and the coffee pots were empty. I had a glass of wine one night at the “bar” which was served in a flimsy plastic cup by the front desk person. My room was cleaned ONCE the entire week we were there. If you are going to charge the same rates, housekeeping should be done daily. I had to call every day for clean towels, and it would take THREE calls each time to get someone to bring towels (or even toilet paper). A kid pulled the fire alarm one evening so that added to our nightmare. The valet guy was nice and a housekeeper named Lucy, but next time we’ll stay at the Hilton or Marriott.

Greta location for this covid clean hotel. Breakfast was included - with items individually wrapped to go. Staff was masked up and even politely and firmly told a few folks to mask up at the breakfast bar. Masks required in all public spaces, but a couple of folks rode the elevator without one to breakfast and then proceeded to breath right on the food with no masks. Breakfast Bạr employee asked them politely to mask up. Room was very quiet even though we had a couple of toddlers next door (saw them and heard them in the passage way, but not when in our room).
8-10 min walk to fella point, poutine / burger place next door, Dunkin’ Donuts and nandos in the building, ekiben (amazing Asian fusion) was close by. Also, little Italy was a 5 min walk. So, great location, tons of food options, and covid-safe, quiet big rooms.

Visited Baltimore for a girls weekend getaway to relax and enjoy what the harbor had to offer. To my surprise I was in for a rude awakening when it came to accommodations. This hotel did not meet the advertised standards it bragged about. The room being a high floor I requested a nice view, did NOT happen the only view I got was of the large parking lot below and a clear view of the local Whole Foods store. I could tell from the time I walked in the room it was not up to standard when I noticed how warm it was. Yes, after returning from dinner we found the room to be too warm as if the AC was not working. We called the front desk and found no engineer was on duty so the desk clerk responded to look at the unit. and as we thought once the panel was removed the entire AC unit was frozen over and not functioning. Prior to having to change rooms due to the non-functioning unit the quilt blanket was removed entirely from the bed as it was clear to be either dirty or very dingy and I refused to even consider sleeping anywhere near it. The couch was clearly stained as well having also looking just worn and used. I could go on but I will leave it there. We were moved to the room next door which I must admit appeared to be a renovated room which left me to think why were we not assigned this room from the start. I wish I had known prior to booking the location pet friendly I would not have made the reservation as the pets where everywhere. I would NEVER stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone in my opinion. I only booked under the assumption an area restaurant I wanted to try was located within the hotel. The Black Swan restaurant is not in this hotel but just around the corner so no need to book here. I will also be watching my card to be credited back after being charged twice for the daily $30 parking fee they charge even if your a patron. Also know there is a $75 hold placed for incidentals as well where as most only do $50. We will visit Baltimore again but definitely will not stay here.

If you like a hotel that is impossible to reach because of street construction and is surrounded by factories and parking lots, this is the hotel for you! On arriving when we found out the room had only a shower, we asked to switch to one with a tub, but it took forever and nothing happened. We had to get to an appointment so we gave up. I went to take a shower and there was no shower cap. Shower caps had to be requested from the front desk. I kept having to call on my cell phone because the room phone didn’t work which meant listening to endless jabber and then the music until someone finally picked up. Besides the phone not working, the toilet paper holder was pulled out of the wall and the doors of the bathroom cupboard were stacked up underneath the sink. The walls of the corridors (they are endless) were deeply marred by the carts…not luggage carts, however, because there are no bellmen. The next day we returned to our room at 2:15 and the room was not made up. I tried to call the front desk, but no one answered. Later we went out and I spoke to the front desk. The woman said, “you should have called.” We came back an hour later. No one had been near the room. We waited an hour and called down to ask at least for some fresh towels. Nothing happened. I called again and someone finally brought towels. When we checked out, we told reception about all these problems and they assured us that we get something on our Expedia account. It has been more than a week. Nothing. The staff are all incredibly nice and courteous, but clearly something is amiss here. I know this hotel isn’t a high end Hyatt, but it was really sad to see what had become of this legendary chain.

This hotel is between Fells Point and the Inner Harbor, so you can walk to either location. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. Valet service is offered and they are very quick and friendly as well. The breakfast is always a nice add-on to our stay. We will be back !!!

Hi, Google says its 1.5 miles and a 30 minute walk. We didn't go there so I can't verify the information, however having googled directions for various places that we walked to from the hotel, the distance and timings were pretty accurate.
Hope this helps.
