My husband and I had a wedding to go to in Baltimore and we chose this hotel because of the location and outstanding price. When we arrived we were so impressed by the beautiful exterior. Upon entering we started to become skeptical. There were babies screaming upstairs and very odd people just hanging out in the lobby. I started to...

We apologize that our hotel felt uncomfortable for you. Our hotel is over 130 years old and is a Victorian hotel, so it is unlike any other modern hotel. As for our other guests, we do not discriminate and allow all guests to stay at our hotel, including families with children. Some families are here for long term medical treatment...

the place is a once grand Victorian style hotel. Yes it needs updating, but I hope they never do any major renovations because this place is an amazing deal! For $54 a night, friday and saturday, we got a huge bedroom with a very comfy bed, an even bigger living room/dining room/ kitchenette room and a small, very dated bathroom....

It is a very creepy place. It feels like a Tim Burton movie. I stayed there for 2 weeks. If I didn't pay during the check-in, I would definitely change my hotel. I chose this one because the hotels in Inner Harbor were a bit expensive. I felt really uncomfortable. I have been living alone almost for 4 years, and...

We apologize that our hotel felt uncomfortable and scary for you. Our hotel is over 130 years old and is a Victorian hotel, so it is unlike any other modern hotel. The hotel is located in the Mount Vernon district, which is the cultural heart of the City of Baltimore and is a safe neighborhood, but as with any large...

Stayed here for three nights. Interesting place, but not for everyone. Pros: A block and a half from the Center St. Light Rail stop. Stovetop, fridge and microwave in room. Comfortable beds with extra pillows for those who like them. Much less expensive than hotels near the harbor or Camden Yards Cons: NOT ACCESSABLE!!! STAIRS INTO LOBBY AND NO ELEVATOR!!...

I stayed at this hotel last weekend with my husband while we were visiting family. I should have read the reviews first, as I am not the first person to complain about bed bugs. The hotel was old and run down but I didn't mind. However, Room 212 has bed bugs. The morning after our second and last night there...

Since receiving the complaint about the bed bugs, we performed a thorough inspection and treatment by our management company the very next day. They fully treated that room as well as all the other rooms on that floor and all the other rooms both above and below that floor. In addition to the chemical treatment, our hotel installed bed bug...

I booked this room online because it was the cheapest place in town and there was a convention in town that week. I was a little weary because I had read some reviews about it being in a bad part of town. I was very pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the actual hotel. It was an old beautiful building...

I almost hesitate to spill this secret...I needed to go to Johns Hopkins and my budget dictated this or the "seen 'em all" Microtel. Glad I ventured off the beaten path! Locted in the Mt. Vernon cultural district, this is the real deal, a once grand, now good, all suites hotel, with a salon so large you could have a...

To make a long story short, we took the bus up to Bmore, checked in and without laying down- began a full day of taking care of family business. All things considered we were successful on that point. We met with frineds at the Inner Harbor and called it a night with a night cap. Showered down in a bathroom...
