The location is great, near everything Baltimore has to offer. However, the Explorer's Cafe/Lounge is a heap of dust. Dust on the chair slats, dust on the table supports, crumbs on the floor, dust on the decorative tables. Rooms suffer from dust too, on the vents and other surfaces. Food carts left in hallways too long. Management scooting about here...

Very comfortable stay, great staff, exceptional location just across the street from the harbor, excellent breakfast. Guest Wi-Fi was not reliable and had to switch to a higher option but overall experience was still very good

I gave stayed several rimes at the Royal Sonesta at the Galleria in Houston, Texas. So i thought the quality and standard of excellence would be the same in all Royal Sonesta Hotels. I just stayed 5 nights at the Royal Sonesta Harbor Court Baltimore and the disappointment was huge. The rooms are ok because i suppose they have been...

Martha, I apologize that you found your recent stay with us disappointing. We have a much different style than Royal Sonesta Houston, as Sonesta properties are each designed to fit the culture and history of their hometowns. Our lobby theme and decor fit the history and charm of downtown Baltimore, as opposed to the modern vibe of Royal Sonesta Houston,...

Beautiful hotel directly across from the Harbor with a variety of amenities including an indoor swimming pool, outdoor courts, and a small but lovely restaurant. The Concierge Service and staff go above and beyond to help make your stay your own. Just ask and it is done. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I were allowed. This is...

Thank you for staying with us over Easter weekend this past week! Breakfast is available 3 ways: In-Room Dining, which allows a la carte orders delivered to your guestroom; Explorer's, the hotel's second-floor restaurant, which offers a la carte breakfast daily as well as a buffet most weekends in-season; and Formula Espresso, our lobby coffee shop that offers continental breakfast selections.

Breakfast in the restaurant typically costs $15-$20 per person, and can be costlier depending on options selected. In-Room Dining generally costs about 10-15% more than the restaurant based on the service fee added to the check when ordering room service.

The hotel is located directly across the street from the Maryland Science Center along the southwest corner of the Inner Harbor. All of the shops, restaurants, and world-class attractions of the Inner Harbor are a 2-to-10 minute walk from the hotel's front doors. Because the property looks directly out over the mouth of the Inner Harbor, our harborview guestrooms and suites offer breahtaking views of the Inner Harbor.

Ms. Shirley's absolutely has a stunning breakfast and lunch menu, but costs considerably more than dining at the hotel.

Penn Station is located two miles north of the hotel. A cab ride costs $7-$10. Oriole Park is 5 blocks from the property, and is an easy 10-to-15 minute walk. We are located right across the street from Harborplace and the Inner Harbor, and Oriole Park at Camden Yards is at the other end of Conway Street.

The COurtyard view rooms face either the upper garden area, the center circular driveway entrance to the hotel, or the lower courtyard which features an artist's design of an apiary (beehive). Another responder said that you face other guestrooms, but that's not correct. Nowehre in the hotel are guestrooms across the hall from one annother. The windows along the opposite side of the building facing the courtyard view rooms are from the guestroom corridor where the harborview rooms are locaetd.
