If you want a hotel that just plain works, this is it. From the really on-top of it front desk staff (hey Kasandra), to a concierge that really knows the city/restaurants (hi Joe), this is all a guest really needs. Room was well appointed, plenty of power outlets, HVAC that worked, strong wifi, excellent lighting. Lobby is open and airy,...

The room on the 4th floor is so noisy since it faces some rooftop exhaust. The walls are thin. You hear your neighbor showering, the ones above you thumping and people talking in the corridor. It's fully booked for the President's day weekend. So disappointed!

Recently visited for a work trip. The staff here is incredibly helpful and friendly. Despite a full hotel, everyone went out of their way and were great. The rooms are clean and in good shape. Nothing amazing, but well-kept.

It was decorated nicely and very clean. The front desk staff were thee BEST I've ever experienced at a hotel. They were kind and accommodating without...

We stayed here for one night in February-my daughter had a dance competition and this was the hotel the studio blocked. Location within Baltimore was fabulous, directly across the street is the inner harbor accessible via a pedestrian bridge so no need to cross the busy street. The hotel is nice however you definitely pay for location. While the room...
