My family and I arrived at this Regency at 4 pm and were told that the hotel did not have a room for us. My husband is a Hyatt diamond member and booked our suite paying for the room. The hotel manager would not accept responsibility for their miscommunication with the Hyatt corporate office. Do not expect to receive a...

We LOVE this hotel, has great staff, sensational location, great features and really good restaurant. This trip had some sanitary issues in room, but do no think that will prevent us from returning. we are sure any issues will be rectified for the next trip.

This hotel is run by people who don't care, and the staff is demoralized. Took my son to the Otakon anime convention. For a double room, there were only two bath towels, and those very thin and skimpy. In order to get your towels laundered, you have to call and request it specifically-- they say this is being green, but...

Spent 3 days here for a conference and did not have a single issue with this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel seemed very up to date and clean. My room was modern and comfortable. The pool area (outdoors) was very nice. The front desk was very certain to make sure as a guest I was only...
