Upon arrival the desk clerk informed us that we were "upgraded" to a harbor view room. We were excited until we saw our room, #11006. The room had a great view of the harbor and was large with a BIG conference table, a sofa, and a tiny, probably Full size Murphy bed (yes a bed that you can fold up...

Thank you for choosing to stay with us and for taking the time to share your experience on Trip Advisor. I do apologize that the upgrade to one of our executive harborviews did not work well for you. While the view of the Inner Harbor, especially at night, is beautiful, a courtyard view room is away from the noise of...

I travel to Baltimore for business often and always stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is very friendly, and the location is ideal. If you are looking for meeting space, their rooms are awesome. Many have beautiful views of the harbor.

I have stayed in several Marriott properties around Baltimore, and this is not my favorite. I would definitely look into the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront or the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards before this property. Both are lovely (particularly the Marriott Waterfront), and have similar proximity to the Inner Harbor. The Pros: The location can't be beat, if you...

Thank you for staying with us and for your candid feedback. I have reviewed your comments with the management and staff of the hotel. While I was happy to hear that you found our staff and location directly across from the harbor satisfactory, I was disappointed to learn that noise from the street and the restaurant among several other things...

I was here for a week for a conference. My view was of a parking garage, i would suggest at check in requesting a room with a view of the harbor. I was unable to sleep at this hotel. There was a lot of noise from the streets and walls seemed pretty thin in addition the beds were kind of...

This was my first stay at the Renaissance Baltimore Harbor Place Hotel. The staff was very welcoming when I arrived and check in was a a breeze. They were also helpful with with information on the NFL summit we were attending. Rooms are spacious, clean and pleasant but need some some updating. Carpet and furnishings seem a bit run down....

This hotel is right near the harbor. It's a bit expensive, but for a good experience it's worth it. Checking in was easy and they gave us a complimentary cake for our anniversary. Parking is about $30, they also have valet for an additional charge. The hotel is very large. I pool area has a hot tub and is on...

This was our second visit to this hotel, and this time we were given an interior atrium room that was extra large, including a separate tub and all glass shower, and two bathroom sinks with extra counter space! It was almost like staying in the master bedroom suite of an upscale home. As usual, the bedding and mattress quality in...

Thank you so much for your review. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. The BLT crabcake sandwich is my favorite too. We hope to welcome you back again soon! Pamela Saleh

We have stayed at the Renaissance each time we go to Baltimore. We get a military discount which is very significant. I think we've paid in the mid 100's even for weekend nights. The hotel is clean, convenient ( can walk to everything) and staff are friendly.

After staying at the Renaissance in Atlanta just a few weeks ago, I was excited about trying another location. When I arrived, the front desk staff were quite unaccomidating but I expected that. What I didn't expect was the urine on the toilet, the broken knob in the bathroom, the nicked up furniture, walls, and doors everywhere, and the dirty...

The hotel is nice and clean but not ideal for families. The pool is not open from noon - 5pm which is not good for kids. It's also FAR for kids to walk to their room if you don't request a room near the one elevator. The club level food/breakfast was nice. The hotel location was great for aquarium. There...

Thank you for choosing the Renaissance Harborplace and for taking the time to review your stay on Trip Advisor. I am glad you were able to visit the Aquarium during your stay. It is one of the many local attractions located within walking distance from the hotel. Also, if you visit again please request a room near the elevator. Our...
