This Hotel is more like a resort than a hotel. The Inn sits on top of a mountain over looking valleys and nearby town. We enjoyed our stay throughly. Great breakfast. Superb staff. The views in Fall are simply gorgeous. If you can catch sun set or sunrise, it is beautiful. Interior Decoration - Very ornate. Only downside is that...

I was here on Nov. 5, for a wedding between life long loves. The brides were elegant and the staircase was the perfect way to show off their gowns. The staff was not only amazing but very accomadating. The brides had not planned for pictures but a staff member, volunteered to take photos of the wedding and got the shots...

The Historic Summit Inn may be historic, but so are some of its amenities. Like, no wireless internet unless you're in the lobby, and no elevators, and if you're on the 3rd floor with luggage, that's a consideration. The rooms were OK, but for the price, should've been a lot nicer. Nice pools, very average work out room. Nice restaurant...

We spent a night here and visited Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater the next day. It's an attractive, clean inn outfitted in the lobby with Wright lamps, furniture and stained glass windows. There's a wonderful, large fireplace in the lobby that was suitably fed the evening we were there. The room was clean, though it had a very loud heater. I...

Attended a wedding here, which was really nice. This place seems to cater to events (there were reunions other nights). It is a good space to accommodate a large group and the kids can run around the game room or indoor/outdoor pools. It is in close proximity to Fallingwater and Nemacolin. Room was dated, but clean. I thought it was...

The rooms are comfortable, but a bit 'dated'. Bathroom is acceptable, but needs updating. The Inn is nice, and a good deal for the price. The property is very nice, and the view is very good. It's an historic Inn, so the rooms may lack some of the amenities associated with a more modern hotel.

We had a pleasant family lunch here. Staff were helpful, food was good quality and they had a reasonable selection of food. Free parking and not far from turnpike. There were stunning views over Pennsylvania towards Pittsburgh.

I had lunch here, and the food was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, and seemed to enjoy speaking to customers. They have a very nice lunch menu with a good selection. After lunch, I wandered out to the lobby, as I had extra time before my flight left. The fireplace was lit and felt wonderful while I sat...

Being from the Pittsburgh area, we have heard a lot of positive things about the Historic Summit Inn. We wanted a nice, quiet, cozy and romantic weekend getaway close to home and chose Summit Inn as our escape. When we booked, we were only asked if we wanted a queen or king size room and chose queen and were told...
