Attended a wedding here, which was really nice. This place seems to cater to events (there were reunions other nights). It is a good space to accommodate a large group and the kids can run around the game room or indoor/outdoor pools. It is in close proximity to Fallingwater and Nemacolin. Room was dated, but clean. I thought it was...

The rooms are comfortable, but a bit 'dated'. Bathroom is acceptable, but needs updating. The Inn is nice, and a good deal for the price. The property is very nice, and the view is very good. It's an historic Inn, so the rooms may lack some of the amenities associated with a more modern hotel.

We had a pleasant family lunch here. Staff were helpful, food was good quality and they had a reasonable selection of food. Free parking and not far from turnpike. There were stunning views over Pennsylvania towards Pittsburgh.

Just stayed at the Historic Summit Inn. This beautiful inn is a must for history buffs. Located near Uniontown, PA on National Road Rt 40 for 109 yrs. Through the yrs several owners have painstakebly kept it going. Only open April through October, but perfect time to take in the Laurel Highlands and all they offer. The spectacular view of...

I had lunch here, and the food was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, and seemed to enjoy speaking to customers. They have a very nice lunch menu with a good selection. After lunch, I wandered out to the lobby, as I had extra time before my flight left. The fireplace was lit and felt wonderful while I sat...

Being from the Pittsburgh area, we have heard a lot of positive things about the Historic Summit Inn. We wanted a nice, quiet, cozy and romantic weekend getaway close to home and chose Summit Inn as our escape. When we booked, we were only asked if we wanted a queen or king size room and chose queen and were told...

A group of four girls looking for a quick overnight stay to get away. We decided to come to the Historic Summit Inn for its unique historical building and views. We only live about an hour away from the location so it seems to be the perfect place for a quick trip. Upon arriving on Saturday evening there was no...

Food was good and came out pretty quick for how busy it was. Our waitress, whose name I cannot remember, seemed irritated to be working and annoyed when we asked questions about the menu. She's really the only reason I'm noting giving it an excellent rating.

Loved the inn but the rooms show its age. Tiny bath, tiny room, very dated but also very clean. Restaurant is excellent if overpriced. The calm of the porch makes it worth it, though it is noisy as a result of the highway traffic.[ Will go back. Just don;t expect a typical contemporary resort experience

This vintage Inn was simply gorgeous--classic ambience from another time, with a relaxed vibe that encourages you to slow down and enjoy the world around you. The stained glass lights, fireplaces and decorative accents in the lobby were simply divine. Our room was cozy, without feeling cramped, neat and tidy. The front porch has a stunning view of the valley,...
