Park Ave. Manor is located close to Forsyth Park. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit, and if you do not want to walk a lot, everything is a short drive from the B&B. I enjoyed the cozy family-style breakfast served each day (excellent food), and Sabrina, who took over the B&B in...

This is a good place to stay. The rooms are nice and comfortable, the service quick and responsive, and the breakfast delicious. We stayed four nights and will come back again. In addition, a local coffee shop is down the block (we love our coffee!) and all of the Historic District is in walking distance. In addition, one of the...

This B&B is located a short drive and medium walk from the historic center of town (all those lovely squares) and has a charming, intimate feel. The furnishings provide antique atmosphere without being overly cute. Everything is clean and Sabrina, the proprietor, is very friendly and helpful. The communal breakfasts (up to 8 guests sit around a common table for...

The Park Avenue Manor was a great place to stay on our visit to Savannah. Our room was perfectly appointed, the bathroom was spotless, the bed was comfortable and the house itself was gorgeous with a great location near Forsythe Park. Sabrina was an excellent host, the breakfasts were delicious and the conversation with other guests was lively. Overall, a...

Beautiful old house. We made some new friends. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The breakfasts were very good. And who doesn't like unlimited brownies and sherry available 24/7?

It was my first time visiting Savannah and I fortunately made a good choice on which inn to stay at. I was booked for three nights in the Colony Room and it was true to picture. The inn's decor is quirky and antiquarian, with just the right amount of floor creaking. The two new (temporary?) inn keepers were welcoming and...

Interesting stay-- we were checked in by Glen and served breakfast by the new owner, Sabrina. From our point of view, it was a seamless transition. Location is great. It's a lovely walk past the park and through the squares into the historic district. The B&B is beautifully decorated, but comfortable. The rooms are large with everything you could need....

This is located at one end of Forsyth Park. There are four rooms in the house. The room we stayed in was a decent size and had everything we needed. The inn keeper was super friendly. He was very accommodating and since we got there early he let us store our bags with him and took them to our rooms...

Pros: 1. Beautiful, intricate decor throughout the house 2. Good location - next to the park 3. Delicious food - breakfast (some sort of frittata, fresh fruit, juice, etc. one morning) was wonderful, complimentary brownies, sherry, water, and sodas 4. Warm and welcoming hosts Cons: I honestly cannot think of any cons. I stayed for 3 nights in the Robert...

This B & B is attractively decorated with many antiques in the rooms and in the public areas. Their breakfast was really good. Hot dishes served to you along with fruit, juice, etc. The Manor is located right next to Forsyth Park. Down about a block is a wonderful little coffee shop/cafe. Walking to the river is doable in about...
