We arrived to this gorgeous Bed and Breakfast and were warmly greated by Marcus. His southern hospitality made a great first impression. Dresser Palmer House did not disappoint. The historic home is absolutely gorgeous- of only walls could talk!!

Partial answer: The Dresser-Palmer House has two rooms with two beds and large (as in two persons!) showers. One is the Ralph Mark Gilbert room, and the other is the Confederate Jasmine room. You'll need to call them (912 238 3294) to ask about the latex-free bedding. The Dresser-Palmer House is my favorite place to stay in Savannah - highly recommended.
