The hotel was in a perfect location. We parked our car using the valet service and did everything on foot. The room was clean and when extra towels and linens were needed (there were 5 of us) they were brought to our room in ant 15-20 minutes. They offered a SCAD discount with no hassle. The staff was friendly and...

This was a perfect family hotel in a fantastic location in Savannah. We have two boys (11, 8) and they loved the breakfast and the perfectly sized pool on the 2nd floor. Savannah is a very walkable city, but this hotel made it easy to find everything we needed in the neighborhood. They had free wifi, our room was spotless...

I must say, I loved the last line of your review (PBR for $2)! We are delighted that you & your children enjoyed your stay. We hope you will come back to see us if you are back in Savannah!

After failing to find a place to stay in Charleston due to poor planning on our part, we decided to make the haul to Savannah for the evening. I was able to book a room through Priceline Express deals for ~$100. This was an amazing price considering it was right on Bay Street. Parrking is limited but available behind the...

This hotel is clean, has modern well designed rooms, a cheerful and helpful staff, a good breakfast. The prices are good, although you need to add in the $20 / day for valet parking in their underground garage, plus valet tips. I had only two problems, the second of which is common to most hotels I've used in the last...

This hotel couldn't be in a better location. It is within walking distance from everything. The staff was super friendly. The rooms are spacious as you would expect from this hotel chain. Complimentary breakfast is convenient. Although parking is $20 , it is worth it given that Savannah has primarily street parking and is always in demand. The valets tirelessly...

Room 315 is awful. The carpet is stained and dirty. Curtains are dirty. Sofa is dirty. Everything is dusty. I had to request a detailed cleaning while we went out for a few hours came back and nothing was done. They claimed the do not disturb sign was on the door - it wasn't. Someone did come and clean while...

We appreciate you taking time to share your experience & bring these issues to our attention. We have had Housekeeping & Engineering review the room thoroughly to ensure these items have been addressed & corrected. It is certainly not our standards to provide a less than excellent room to our guests. We have shared this comment & reviewed them with...

I highly recommend this property. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. Steven was a sweetheart! He offered us tons of things to do and shop. My husband complimented him on his wrist watch and he directed us where to find it and boy did we find a great deal on it. Anyway, the rooms were spacious, great...

Nice hotel in the historic district. Reasonably priced compared to many near by. Very close to the action in Savannah. Rooms are clean and well laid out. Nice staff who opened breakfast early for lax players in town for a tournament. Halls were hot, but rooms were nice and cool. Would stay there again.

The hotel is easy to find as you come off of Hwy 17 from Charleston. Like most old Southern cities, Savannah is full of one-way street that can be a driving challenge even for natives. SpringHill Suites is located about 5 blocks from City Center and the river--a 30 minute walk to just about anything you'd want to see in...

WE will begin a refresh of the facilities in September & should be complete just before Christmas. I would invite you to come back & see us next year to see the changes!

The hotel is your average Springhill Suites in a good location in the historic district. The staff was so welcoming and anytime you passed an employee in the hotel, they were very friendly and helpful. The beds were VERY comfortable! We appreciate your great comments about our staff! it sounds like you had a great time here. I do apologize about the pool. While the pool is capable of being heated in the winter, we turn this off in the Summer. Unfortunately, due to the excessive heat we have had lately, the pool is just naturally very warm. I also...
