My wife and I decided to spend our 20 year anniversary in Savannah. We had never been before, so we were very excited. TripAdviser was very helpful in finding a place that fit our needs. We did not want a B&B, but wanted an older inn with modern conveniences. East Bay Inn was a perfect find. From the moment we...

The East Bay Inn is located in a historic well maintained building close to the river. Rooms are very spacious with high ceilings, comfortable beds and a well equiped bathroom. Complimentary breakfast and cold bottles of refreshing water are offered upon returning from a hot day in town. Very friendly staff! Would definitely recommend it when visiting Savannah.

Beautiful, characterful old building in a fantastic location - just a few metres away from the riverside and the historic old town. Our room was beautifully furnished (as was the rest of the Inn),and at the back of the building so it was very quiet. Slept very well as the bed was so comfortable. We were lucky enough to get a...

I cannot brag enough on the East Bay Inn. We enjoyed our stay so much! Our room was beautiful! Very charming. The walls were thin, and we could sometimes hear footsteps above us and people talking in the room next to us, but the place is old so we expected that. We were told that the hotel was once used...

We loved the East Bay Inn & felt like one of the family by the time we left. Our room was the smallest available & it still had 18 ft. ceilings and all the things anyone needed. It was very well decorated and comfortable. Like any stay we had some problems with toilets and printing, but everything was taken care...

This was our 3rd visit -- always a wonderful experience. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Evening wine and breakfast are well above average. Staff is friendly and always helpful. Walking distance to many Savannah attractions and excellent resturants.

Our room was just amazing! Location was perfect! close to everything! We never needed to get our car out! Trolleys picked us up and dropped us off. Comfortable beds, beautiful view facing the river. Room 320 was the size of a great room! The furnishings were so beautiful, so fitting for this stately hotel! Melvin was very pleasant and helpful...

Savannah, GA - June 7 - 12, 2016 For our summer vacation this year we chose Savannah, GA. We love New Orleans and wanted to try a different location in that general area so after reading the 1994 book "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil" by John Berendt it provided inspiration for us to check out Savannah. Savannah...

Our room was very nicely furnished with free WiFi. Beds were comfortable and afforded a good night's sleep. Free Wine and cheese party in the evening was great. The free breakfast cannot be beat. Hotel is very close to the river with its shopping and great eating establishments.
