We stayed in this beautiful hotel for two nights and it was just perfect. The sights, sounds and smells in this hotel were a welcome retreat after spending the day sightseeing. The staff and concierge were very friendly and even offered us the breakfast buffet after realizing it wasn't included in our package. Would definitely go back!! Parking is a...

Stayed for two days in April on the way to Augusta. It is a very nice area and the hotel is clean, modern and welcoming. Valet parking at $27 is expensive and the valet staff take too much tims to get your car. The reception staff could have informed us that you can get a parking pass from the tourist...

It has taken me five months to be ready to write this review, because I only like to say good things, but this time a warning needs to be given. First of all, it would be possible to stay in this hotel and have a great experience if you don't stay on the Bay street side and you only deal...

Wonderful hotel, very modern and nicely decorated. Bed was wonderful...so were the cookies. Close to everything. There is valet parking; however, if you are on a budget get a Savannah Parking Pass for $8 per day and you can park anywhere on the street or in the parking garages. Was worth every single penny as I had no issues finding...

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel on a Saturday night while attending the annual Savannah Music Festival. The downtown hotel is very nice: conveniently located, relatively new, nice restaurant, clean and up-to-date room, very comfortable bed, great shower, and a helpful staff. However, the hotel is situated right up to the sidewalk at the busy corner of...

Hayes, thank you for your feedback. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced due to excess outside noise. With such a prime location in the heart of the historic district, the area does tend to be a bit more active than areas outside of the historic district. We would like to take this opportunity to...

Didn't have a reservation but they accommodated both my son and I. From the time one enters and leave, it gives you a welcoming feeling. Management and staff were quite excellent in helping our stay. We would surely return to this hotel whenever we are in town.
