Noisy property. Overcharged stated price. Construction across street woke us up out of sound sleep at 7 am with lots of noise and actual bed vibration. You must tell guests before arrival that they will experience this abomidable inconvenience. Ear plugs in the room hardly does it for your guests. And then you over charge me $50, tell me over...

Excellent location...the entire historic area is in walking distance. The hotel is clean and has good amenities. The staff is excellent. Very professional, polite and pro active. Our bath tub had a slow drain and we notified the front desk and the problem was taken care of immediately. We particularly liked the fact the hotel has exterior entrances...it's a breeze...

We had a wonderful stay here for our weekend trip to Savannah. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of all downtown Savannah has to offer. The hotel was very clean. I got very sick one night and vomited in the hotel room. The staff were very understanding and cleaned it in a timely and very hygienic...

The hotel is new and nicely appointed with a good breakfast and terrific location, but there is a new hotel going up directly behind the BW, Construction runs from 7AM to 5PM six days a week and it is LOUD. The desk gives you an instruction sheet to handle the noise including complimentary ear plugs! There is a white noise...

After the recent reviews they are correct. The BW is on the corner of Bay St and MLK St. they are building a hotel or such right behind this one I mean close! So close that I could park my small truck in a slot because of the construction fence. Parking is $20 and they apologize for it but really...

This hotel is conveniently located in the historic district of Savanna. It was raining when I arrived. They have a concierge and I mentioned pizza and told me I could walk to Vinnie's Van Go Go from the hotel. So I did. I got a calzone to go and the calzone was very good. Next door to Vinnie's is a...

Hadn't stayed at at Best Western in a very long time. Really enjoyed our 2-day stay at this downtown location. Friendly staff and super nice facility. For the price--best choice out of many other options. Highly recommend.

The staff here is really great. Very friendly and helpful. And the breakfast had a good selection. So we had a room in the back, adjacent to the alley/road. This was our choosing (wanted a room on the first level). Do not choose a room back here. There are people walking through arguing/screaming. There are cars playing their loud bass,...
