Hotel was in great location, walking distance to river, bars, restaurants and all of historic district. Staff was friendly. Hotel seemed somewhat outdated, but no problems. breakfast was fine and the room was spacious. Concierge was very friendly and gave me directions and tips on what to see.

Took a chance on this hotel because of location and cost. Location was great for access to the River Front venue. Our room was so musty smelling that was boarder line sickening. Patched up bathroom broken vanity mirror very poor fuzzy tv. Street traffic was very bad even though our room was back farthest. On the bright side the employees...

Nothing fancy but clean and affordable. The location is perfect for getting around the historic district. Great hot breakfast on site. Security guard in parking lot all night. You don't spend much time in the room anyway. One block from River street. Friendly staff.

We left a day earlier than planned. Our room was very dirty, there was noise from the street and we didn't felt not safe at all. A woman screamed for help in the middle of the night, and there were many drunk people in the neighborhood. Never again!

Pros: dogs are only 35 extra per night. The bed was good quality and it wasn't too noisy. Good location. Cons: looks like a dump. Right next to a truck route. This place is a good option for traveling with a dog while being price aware. It's being renovated so it might be nicer, but it looks like it was...

Great location for all the great things to do in Savannah. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast provided was good. However, the hotal needs major updating. The rooms are small and dirty. Glad we only booked for two nights.

Dingy! Placed UPSTAIRS...NO ELEVATOR!! Area for breakfast, VERY MINIMAL SPACE! It was a place to shower and lay my head, but nothing would make me return!! 15 bucks for daily parking...GOUGED!! I was so turned of by the experience that I bypassed the touristy stuff and hot the road for greener pastures!!

Location is great. The traffic noise is excessive. On a busy street and only two stories. It is quieter in NYC. We also had a weekend when unfortunately many of the guests knew each other. A lot of teens and 20 somethings. Yelling back and forth going from room to room slamming doors. Mistakingly knocking on our door from time...

The hotel could use a little updating, but is not bad for the value in downtown Savannah! The area is a little sketch but I did not experience any problems so that is okay. The carpet had a few stains in it and the counter had a hair on it. Pretty typical stuff, average hotel. I would stay again.
