Everything about this place is rundown and shabby. You have to use a lobby phone to call the desk personnel, who live in the back. No real service The furniture should be replaced Everything needs to be cleaned and painted--inside and out Bad, and minimal breakfast.

Nice and clean, late checkout was no issue, good size TV. The seal on the fridge was very bad, hardly closed. Several light bulbs missing. Shower head was clogged up and high pressure water streams sting some, and the cloth shower curtains to light. Cold wet and would stick to you as the water sprayed. No movie channels, and kind...

Making a reservation by phone was difficult. I am fully conversant with Indian accents but I had to keep asking the owner/manager to repeat herself as I could not understand her at all. The rooms all say non-smoking yet the hallways reek of cigarettes which gave the room a slightly stale odor of smoke. There is no coffee maker in...

Came into town for a conference and was not sure if we would stay overnight or just drive 2 hours home. Looked at hotels prior to the trip and picked this one out as a possibility. Manager was friendly and treated me with respect, offering a senior discount even though I did not even know one might be available. All...

This was a last minute decision to stay overnight and didn't want to spend much. With that in mind I knew not to expect a lot, what I got was a clean and pretty quiet place to sleep. Some may find negatives about the place but I was content.

This is an old old hotel. It's obvious from both the outside and inside. Has that musty smell. There were used air conditioners sitting around discarded. The room was large but seemed sticky and musty. A light bulb was out and none of the fixtures matched. I could see beer cans and bottles lining one window like perhaps the person...

The exterior and lobby both looked very dated. The room appeared to be recently updated and was nicer than expected. It wasn't a bad room for the price. The refrigerator was quite cold and worked very well. Bed was comfortable.

For $51.36 it was a last resort. There was a baseball final going on in town so we found the only room available. Not the cleanest, and they didn't have breakfast. Our room had not been used n a while so we put the air on -- the room was a bit stuffy. The air worked and in a few...

Stayed 1 night in a single king on the first floor. This is a small hotel but convenient to the area. The lobby is much warmer than the room but our cooling unit worked fine. Some obvious things should be fixed or improved (no hair dryer, obvious water mildew in bathroom ceiling) but the room was clean and the bed...

For $50 you get a comfortable room and a breakfast. It was single digits outside and our room was nice and warm all night. The family that runs it are friendly people. We had a burned out light, and it was replaced right away. KFC is across the street and Wal-Mart is one block away. Free wi-fi, fridge and microwave...

“new owner remodeled all rooms so it doesn't matter which room you get....I recommend room upstairs just because they are more quieter. 24 hours McDonald next door was very convenient as we were leaving quite early!”
