We booked online with hotels.com after looking at pictures of what seemed to be a "nice eco-friendly hotel." Pictures can be very, very deceiving. The Seasons Inn is the most disgusting place I have ever stepped foot in. And, once you make your reservation, there are no refunds! This place will majorly screw you over. To begin with, the lady...

We booked online, got here and asked for non smoking room. The lady lead us to our room and opened it and sprayed something all over the room because it smelled so bad. We walked over to the side of the bed and there were matches and cigarette ashes EVERYWHERE. (Even though it was supposed to be non smoking) the...

I'M from NC and I just came here!!!! The hot tub is up and running and place is looking alot better every day. They have a new man helping keep the place up. It's a great place if you have kids not including there even working on other projects for the hotel. I WOULD TELL ANYONE TO STAY THERE!!!!!

Everything was run down and dingy. This place really needs to be completely re-done, not just a touch up but a deep down start from scratch remodel. The bathroom was dirty, beds disgusting. Mildew and mold everywhere. Don't stay here for any price.

Great place for a Hotel Rescue event. Nice GREEN pool, every room must be smoking, you do get FREE air freshener if you ask the front desk. We paid $70 & the people behind us paid $150. Could find the FREE breakfast & hot tob didn't work.very noisey also because of the perinatal guests. With about 3 million in updates...

Ad looked decent. Should of known by pricing that it was a filthy dirt bag long term dwelling for crackhead alcoholics with what I am sure was prostitution on the side. Found roaches in bathroom running across crusted filth on the floor. Slept on top of covers because found hair once covers were pulled back. Outside most of the rooms...

Nasty dirty hotel! We walked in the room and we were shocked! See pictures! Gross ! Staff was rude and suggested we came in and did this! Told us to call booking.com to get our money back!, The man behind counter stood in the lobby yelling for an employee that spoke English! Horrible!

We chose this hotel for the indoor pool, they wouldn't let us check in until after three and the following morning the kids wanted to swim pool opened at 10 they told us it wouldn't open until 3pm. How can you rent rooms to patrons that are horrible, unclean and without a phone. What hotel doesn't have phones in the...

This hotel looks like it was a nice place thirty years ago. Now it is run down and just nasty. The room had an odd smell. There were no curtains or blinds on the window, so anyone could have seen in. At least the WiFi worked.
