The hotel was "okayish" the breakfast area was small, had to wait inline to get the eggs, biscuits, sausage, and gravy. But on the other hand they had an amazing breakfast. The stuff was some what helpful, the young man at the front desk (Anthony was his name maybe) was extremely helpful, he was able to check us in at...

Old hotel but it has been updated. It is a comfortable place. Clean and the staff are all EXCELLENT! Breakfast is barely par with other Quality Inns that I have stayed at. All and all, I would stay there again without hesitation.

We made an on the road reservation for this hotel. The clerk was very friendly and helpful. We found the room to be exactly what we needed, a clean no frills room while on the road. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if we found ourselves this direction again.

Smoking rooms are upstairs and there is no elevator. But if do not smoke, then ask for a room on the 1st floor. Triple sheeting bedding, comfortable bed and good pillows and clean towels. Room was larger than most and very clean and very quiet. Hot day when we checked in and room was not pre-cooled, but A/C cooled room...

We apologize for the lack of an elevator. With the spacious rooms, it unfortunately limited the space available for an elevator. However, when we have availability, we can often provide a ground floor room if you prefer. It is true that the smoking rooms are upstairs, but this is in an effort to appeal to the non-smokers and therefore helpful...

This property was very clean. The rooms and bathrooms were up to Quality Inn standards as far as I'm concerned. I didn't realize this property was so far off the interstate, but I'm glad we stayed. The staff was very nice upon arrival, checked us in quickly and informed us about breakfast.

We found the room to be spacious and clean. Front desk staff were ok. Breakfast could have been better. However, most continental are that way. Night shift desk clerk was super nice. Day clerk was acceptable. We would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

The hotel website says there is a shuttle service (with an explanation point after, "we will take you to the airport". Before I booked the hotel, I called the hotel to confirm what time the shuttle runs-I had a very early flight. I was told I would have a ride to the airport. I checked in and told the staff...

I was not real impressed. We were sent here by Best Western as they were booked solid due to graduation. We arrived after dark and it was extremely hard to find the little road that actually brought you to the hotel. Breakfast was typical free hotel breakfast nothing real special but nothing horribly wrong.

Worst customer service! Ants in room with no resolve. When asked for manager, no cooperation and front desk watch, David, lied to us and used profanity. When asked again how to reach manager and if he would write down our complaint, he laughed, told us to leave the property and call the cops. You can pay for a room and...
