The staff member who checked me in was surly. The hallways and exterior that I observed were sub-par. However the room itself was well appointed and very clean. Free wi-fi and coffee/tea were available. I would stay at this hotel again.
First, the lobby smelled horrible. None of the doors were locked, was informed that the outer doors would be locked for security and the only way to get in was to use your room card. This was false. All doors were unlocked. There were bugs in the room. Luckily I brought my own towels since the towels in the room were dirty. The Air Conditioner did not work at all. There was nothing nice to say about this hotel. I did bring my own toiletries, sheets, pillows, etc.. Television was nothing to brag about either. Only news stations. Do not waste your money. I wish I would have spent the extra for a nicer place. Drug deals and prostitution going on in rooms on back side of building. Not a safe place to stay and they did nothing to help.
Stopped in here for an overnight after long day out. The staff at check-in was excellent. The room was typical, low-end, small city type room; although there was some questionable messes left. This included an apparent wet-spot on the bed comforter and a coffee/soda spill on one of the night stands. The bathtub was very slow to drain (basically got a foot bath during shower). The AC made a ticking sound the whole time. Other than that pretty standard. The price was on the high side for the 'quality' of the room, we paid ~$120...based on the room, I would have expected more in the $65/night range. That said, the mattress was decent. Not too sure I'd stay here again in the future, unless desperate.
Have stayed here several times over the past few years, gets better every time. The owner is friendly and always accommodating.Looking forward to my next stay. Rooms are always clean and well kept. always feel comfortable here
We had a good night's stay at this motel, but was disappointed we couldn't stay on the second floor due to tile work being done up there and the pool was closed due to COVID. Was also surprised we had no carpet in our room (not fun to wake up to cold floors in the morning), and our towel bar fell off the bracket holder when grabbing a towel in the bathroom. There is definitely improvements that need to be addressed to a room that cost over $100 a night! Hope they work on things before we decide to stay there again. On a positive note, the motel has many stores, restaurants, places of interest close to it (many within walking distance), and the staff was very nice. Especially liked that Denny's was attached to the motel as we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast before hitting the road to return home.…
