The room was fantastic and an excellent late check in facility no hassle no fuss just what we needed after a long trip. ideally situated few minute walk to the T line straight into Central Boston. great places to eat round about note there is. Our room was very warm & comfortable, finished to a high standard and on the ground floor next to reception. Large lobby with lounge seating. Although the inn was fully booked noise was never a problem for the two nights we were there. We asked for a slightly later room departure due to both members of our party suffering with... More

My husband and I have never stayed at a small inn or B&B before, so we were a little hesitant. But the price for the Longwood Inn compared to other hotels in the area helped us make the reservation and we are so glad we did. We had a room on the third floor that was perfect for us. The... More

First and foremost, this is NOT a B&B. No breakfast is included! The property is interesting and well kept. Off street parking is included. We were moved from our original room due to a need to extend our stay by one night. Rooms and facilities are very clean but not particularly spacious and not a space that you want to... More

The Longwood Inn was a nice place to stay with a few inconveniences of note: It was very difficult to use their wifi(kept getting kicked off) and had to use phone as hotspot on several occasions... Also, the window unit in the room didn't do much to keep the humidity down and so you either cranked it way down and... More

My first experience at a B & B. We would definitely stay again! Dark wood inside, with a good balance between original style and updates. Our room was smaller than what I expected, and had a slanted ceiling but was quite cozy. Everything appeared very clean and well taken care of. Even the shared kitchen cabinets and fridge were well... More

I have been staying at Longwood Inn as an alternative to a traditional hotel or B&B for the past few weeks. This is an excellent option for travelers who are self-sufficient and want a clean room in a lovely neighborhood outside of downtown Boston. Off-street parking is available. There is no food served, but you are welcome to store food... More

The Inn was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The staff was delightful. However the rooms are a bit small and we were on the third floor which we were not expecting, in a room with slanted ceilings. There was a nightstand on only one side of the bed which was a bit if a problem and the towels were very small... More

We were so excited to stay at this Inn just to be able to! The staff at check in(Emily) was so helpful with information on where to go for dinner, and how to get to the T if needed. We walked to dinner which wasn't too far, but glad we had the small map Emily gave us as it was... More

Pleasantly surprised to find a cosy and clean place for my first time visiting Boston on business. There is a kitchen to make coffee and a fridge to keep food if you prefer to prepare eat there. A short walk to local restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.
