Beautiful brownstone on the red line in Brookline! Walking distance to Fenway and 10 minutes to downtown. Great diner across the street and a Whole Foods. A fantastic French bakery and Thai restaurant down the block. We recently had our second visit to Anthony's. Barbara and Arthur are great hosts. The rooms are large and impeccably decorated. Amazingly clean. It...

I got lucky in finding Anthony's Townhouse for our accommodation, Anthony's is extremely reasonably priced when you compare to hotels in Boston. Our room was very spacious by the courtyard, there were two double beds and one twin bed. The common areas were clean and we had use of the fridge and microwave. There was a half-bath and a three...

This was a terrific find in Boston, where reasonably priced acccomodation is hard to come by. It is located on a convenient transit line, close to restaurants and a food market. Our room was spacious, the common areas were clean and having access to a fridge and microwave was convenient. The shared bathroom was better than I had expected and...

This beautiful 19th century townhouse is a few steps from the T green line. The rooms are spacious and quiet ( ours was at the back) though the bathroom and restroom are communal. Everything is immaculate. Barbara is a caring person, we could leave our baggages until 3 pm after Check out. The rates are reasonable for Boston. For breakfast...

The managers are incredibly friendly, and are eager to go the extra mile! Rooms were clean, and fitted with chic furniture. The area is quiet and so is Anthony's. I highly recommend Anthony's, a peaceful stay.

We are a military family and wanted a place to stay that wouldn't break the bank. Everything we could afford was really far outside of Boston, but then we stumbled across Anthony's Townhouse. The first picture is our room the first night and the last pictures our the room we got the second night. All of their rooms are extremely...

I have never reviewed a hotel before, but I had to for this one (even though it's not, strictly speaking, a hotel). The Anthony's are so very kind and hospitable. I am here for an interview at BMC, and they personally drove me to my interview, and they are making sure I have a way to the airport in the...

We only stayed one night but had quite a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is a clean, comfortable and convenient location. The only drawback is that parking is limited, but it seems that is to be expected at in this area.

This is hard to review, because my time spent here was with my Early American Lit. Class in college. There were 5 of us girls crammed into one room downstairs. There was only one shower, and two toilets that we had to share with the whole floor. It wasn't exactly accommodating. However, I will say that the location of this...

This is a wonderful townhouse, preserved from the early 1900's, along with gentility that went with that period. We were greeted by the very lovely owner (Barbara) as well as the extremely helpful manager (Anthony) on arrival. We were shown to our rooms, which were designed for large families, complete with single and double beds. Everything was spotless and pleasant!...
