Quaint, clean B & B with all the usual amenities provided,a good breakfast and with options for dietary needs. Great location, 7 minutes walk to downtown. John the proprietor very friendly and quick to offer tourist information. We had a very late night flight out and were able to leave luggage and use the facilities until our departure. Highly recommend

Not everyone will enjoy this B&B, but I sure did. It's budget priced and near restaurants and the Orange bus line. Your savings start if you take public transport from the airport as a cab ride is at least $15. John has a variety of rooms, some with private bath, some without in two separate houses. Be sure to ask...

We stayed at the B&B for two nights and found it very comfortable, with easy access. The breakfast was very good and catered for all diet issues. The host had lived in the area for many years and so was a mine of information on attractions, history and amenities in Fairbanks.

John who runs this B & B is a lovely person and very imformative & hospitable. He serves a good breakfast including a fresh omelette. I chose this B & B because it had so many 5 star ratings. I found it very old fashioned, dated and overly hot. I did not like the fact that a lot of breakfast...

This was my first trip to Alaska and right off the bat, John gave me plenty of information beforehand to set my trip up right. He met me as my cab pulled up and fully informed me about what was available downtown and when. The place is close to all the downtown attractions/museums and very near the bus and post...

My first visit was amazing, my second four years later did not disappoint. John is the quintessential host. He even packed us breakfast on a day we had an early morning tour - we had enough leftovers for lunch too! Rates being what they were, I honestly don't know how he makes a profit! Can't wait to visit a third...

Suggested by lonely Planet, if you'll stay here, you'll fall in love with this house. John is really great such an interesting and polite man! He traveled a lot and is so kind to spend some time with you talking about his life. The breakfast is famous yet ahahah. The best you can get, trust me. Eggs, omelettes, vegetables, bacon,...

I cannot recommend "Ah, Rose Marie" more than enough. Among all the hotels/B&B I contacted for this trip, John always responded the fastest in the most friendly way. We stayed in both the upper stair room and the down stair room, both are cozy and nice. Every morning, I am waken by the nice smell of John's breakfast. You can...

This is a very friendly comfortable place to stay. You don't have to say what time you'll want breakfast in the morning, you just show up. Besides a choice of the 7 most popular cold cereals and toast and a wide selection of jams, you can have a very nice omelet cooked for you. John is full of suggestions of...

I stayed 2 nights here in hopes of seeing the Northern Lights. The Inn keeper was more than helpful when we arrived, providing us with a map and local attractions/things to do and best places to try to catch the light show. The house/rooms were cozy and the perfect place to stay. The breakfast in the morning was a really...

“They have 2x 2 story buildings. If you have issues walking/climbing I would request a first floor in main house (which is where breakfast is served). If you don't have issues the green house is right next door and not an issue to walkover for breakfast in the morning.”
