The perfect base for a chilled Brooklyn-NYC stay for two couple who had previously done the sights. Simply stylish top floor apartment in a brownstone in a real neighbourhood area, with views across local rooftops to the lower Manhattan skyline to the rear and to Carroll Gardens from the front. A subway right on the doorstep with easy access to...

2 couples from the UK who had been and done the NYC sights before wanted something more chilled second time around. Carroll Gardens House provided just that! A simply stylish top floor apartment in a brownstone in a real neighbourhood area. Views over homes to the Manhattan skyline to the rear and over Carroll Gardens to the front, with families...

This is located perfectly in Brooklyn. No complaints there. Response times via email and such for booking were great. Not so great once there. Upon arrival, they were having a stoop sale on steps of brownstone, frequently had to ask kids to move so we could unload our many suitcases , food etc., not an easy task from down the...

When visiting our daughter in NY, we always got hotels. With her NYU Masters graduation and with a son coming in from Istanbul, we needed 2 bedrooms. My daughter spotted this one for the location and boy was she right. Jamie made everything easy-from the booking, to the greeting on arrival, to the spotless apartment, it was wonderful. Everything was...

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Carroll Gardens House, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. From the first contact, Jamie was incredibly professional and friendly, and booking was a breeze. We arrived to a beautifully clean, very spacious apartment with a lovely sunny kitchen, a very nice bathroom (great shower pressure!) and two comfortable bedrooms....

Fantastic area, fantastic building (classic brownstone), fantastic views (Manhattan and downtown Brooklyn).… For the price, I don’t think we could have done much better. Our only regret was not having more time to explore the neighbourhood. We stayed here for a week in the UK October half term, which corresponded with Halloween, so things were especially lively. There were some...

We are a Dutch family with two kids and have really enjoyed our stay at the Carroll Gardens House for two weeks. The apartments - we stayed at both President suites - are marvelous and fully equipped. The park across the house is very lively and our boy spend many hours there playing soccer with neighborhood kids. No need to...

The true Brooklyn Experience, in a very trendy neighborhood! I have family in Brooklyn, and I find that when I come to visit now, I don't even feel the need to venture into the city like I used to. The beautiful Brownstone apartments that Carroll Gardens House has to offer, are in a Perfect location! Only steps from the Smith...

My husband and I used to live in this neighborhood over a decade ago. So, when returning to the city (with our two girls, ages 5 and 7, in tow), we wanted to stay in a place that reminded us of everything we loved about our old home (The high ceilings! The hardwood floors! The huge windows! The city views!)....

This place is awesome. After much research on where to stay in NYC, I was totally thrilled with this choice. The apartment is spacious and clean and in a fantastic location. The subway is literally 50m down the end of the street which will take you to anywhere in Manhattan or Brooklyn in 20mins or so. Jamie and Joe where...
