Stayed 4 nights. Ok for solo but probably too small for 2 people. Very quick check in and they allowed me to check in earlier. Room was very very small and the bed is just too high but reasonably clean and very short distance to the station which was good. I came back by train after going out for the...

Nice hotel, very clean and confortable. Located just one block from the subway, it is a very good place to stay out of Manhattan but just 10 minutes from Canal Street by metro. Good value for the money.

Good location to manhattan and trains (esp financial district) Clean rooms, blower cold ac, nice beds & great service everytime. I have stayed here about 8 times in the last 3 months w/ many other NYC overnights town compare. The neighborhood is safe (whole foods about 7 blocks away if that tells you anything) convenient to the train w/o manhattan...

This hotel is a disgrace. The room was smaller than a dorm- no desk, no sitting area, no closet, no chairs, no iron, no nothing! Barely any room for 2 people to be in. There was no internet or air conditioning in my room or in the hallways! I had to sit in the lobby to get wifi. Other guests...

First time in Brooklyn! True to NYC, the room was very small, but clean and nice. I would stay here again. It was definitely a good location and we were able to walk everywhere. It's close to stores, lots of cute little restaurants, and near the subway!

I do not have much to say about this hotel other than it WAS some kind of experience. the location was in a run down neighborhood with dirty streets, but that could be just that part of Brooklyn. However, rooms were not exactly as shown on web photos, rooms were rather too small, beds were also uncomfortable, The staff acted...

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of days while we attended a conference at the Barclay Center. When we first entered the room the small size was shocking. There was enough room for the bed and that's about it. BUT... once we figured out where to put the suitcases (on top of the built in cabinet over...

I needed a reasonably priced and clean place to sleep for one night while visiting family and friends in Brooklyn. This hotel fit the bill perfectly. Although the room was small, my daughter and I were able to fit all our stuff in the drawers and shelves provided. It reminded me of a dorm room, with its ability to maximize...

In my 68 years of life, this hotel had to be the worst experience I have ever had. I realize that Thoreau and his adherents wanted to simplify their lives, but there is a big difference between simplification and cruel and unusual punishment. Our big mistake was in not reading the reviews on Trip Advisor before we booked our room...

When I travel, I spend my time in my hotel showering and sleeping. This place is perfect for that. Small, and a little quirky, not quite a boutique hotel, but stylish. Didn't have bugs as others have said. I'd suggest it. Free breakfast down the street at a diner worked for us also, as its right next to a subway...

“Don't stay here.”
  • Had to request an iron, because the room is too small to have it.
  • This is the entire room. No walking or standing space.
  • 2 twin size beds! This is a hostel or dorm..not a $200 hotel.
  • This is the only desk in the room.
