It is a 3 bedroom in bed stuy, as advertised, and the rooms all fit a king sized bed but just barely. The beds are ok, the bathrooms were fine. The kitchen/ living/ dining area are small but adequate. The place is simply but appropriately furnished with all you really need. Almost all the dishes are plastic, which is helpful...

I had a similar experience to what Whitney G posted.... To start off, our trip to Brookyln from Toronto took an additional 3 hours because we had to pick the keys up off the owners in the core of Manhattan. Driving into Manhattan on a Friday night is a disaster I never want to live through again. We tried contacting...

There are hidden costs. You are not allowed to wear shoes at all and none of the rooms are located on the ground floor because it is occupied by the landlord. So this means when you are getting ready to leave the property you can't put your shoes on until you walk downstairs and reach the exit. Check out is...

This is a pretty good deal if you don't mind being rather far from Manhattan and having to walk some distance from the subway to the place once you get there. Go for the room with a bathroom included. It's nice because the rooms are actually inside of an apartment. All seems to be new and renovated. The people are...

I stayed for 10 days at Odiaaro Suites. I received all the assistance I requested and everyone was helpful. My room was small, clean and nice. The street location is very nice and people do take care of their property with flowers and such. I felt safe since people are friendly and speak to you when you pass by their...

This was a terrific find -- a clean, efficiently-run house on a safe-feeling street (parking no problem), with a friendly on-site manager. There are three floors with three rooms on each floor that share a kitchen and a living/dining room with t.v. Some rooms have a private bathroom; some share. There was no one else on our floor the nights...

Odiaaro Suites is a nice, clean guesthouse in Brooklyn on a quiet street in a residential neighborhood. This was my second stay there. It may not be on the doorstep of all the places that visitors to NYC want to go. The subway is less that a ten minute walk, and then it is a quick trip to Manhattan. The...

My family, which consisted of 6 adults and an infant, was trying to find accommodations for NYC the week between Christmas and New Years without having to take out a mortgage. This place was perfect! We rented out one whole floor which consisted of 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a kitchen/living area. The beds are roll-away beds, but were surprisingly...

There were 3 of us couples staying for 4 nights. Overall it was a good experience. No Breakfast foods of any sort, not horrible for us, we went to the store down on Malcolm X Blvd. The woman who let us in, etc, was extremely helpful. We needed an ironing board, also a wine key, she instantly went out of...

“Your rating system accidentally shows a "terrible" pool -- but there is no pool and I can't remove the damn rating, which I did not check. So I am going to check "excellent" so that you don't downgrade the place!”

“- Check out the website if you want to see room images (Google it if it isn't listed here). - You'd rather make your own food than take-out. Saving cash? Self-service kitchen. - Air conditioner use costs extra. Saving cash? Windows & ceiling fan provide a good breeze. - Review your booking carefully for the exact address, as address on website is approximate.”
