This is a quaint bed and breakfast. It is clean and quiet. The breakfast provided was delicious. Access to the property was safe and effective. The cost was reasonable. The only negative issue was parking but I eventually found street parking.

The owners live on site, on the top floor. Their attention to guests is very professional, warm, helpful and conscientious. The breakfasts are delicious and there is plenty to eat and drink. The living room and enclosed porch area are tastefully appointed in a style that matches the building's history. There is also a computer room with a library.
The subway is quite close -- a pleasant 5-minute walk down a tree-lined street and across a small park. Then it's just 15 minutes to Manhattan's best galleries, restaurants, museums and parks. There are also many wonderful places to eat nearby in Brooklyn.
There are four guest rooms. I suggest you ask the owner, Monique Greenwood, about accommodating your group or just go ahead and reserve all four rooms if they are vacant in your desired time frame. I would not delay, since it is a popular place.
They can also take care of banquets and weddings and the like, both outdoors and indoors.
