Customer Service: Just checked in for a two night stay with my family. The front desk clerk, Andrea, was not welcoming at all. My husband asked Andrea if a room was available on a higher level, since our assigned room is directly across from the potentially noisy breakfast room area. She proceeded to tell us that this is the room...

It was a good stay, right in the heart of Brooklyn. Easy to catch the bus to go anywhere. Because of the price not sure if I would stay there again. I don't understand why all of Brooklyn is so expensive. No microwave in the room, you had to use the one in the breakfast nuck. The ice machine worked...

It is not about the bad things, it is more important how the property management deal with it. Personally, I fee the manager is a "lone" team player here. The front desk staff seemed very un-interested to do their job. They were not rude, but they were not pleasant either. They were just "there". The general manager however was great,...

Our first room smelled like pot and had to get a new. This morning was our first morning here and it smells of pot again. Hey I'm no prude but I don't want to wake up to pot. The woman working in the breakfast area is so so so rude!!!! Good morning to you too. Jeez.

We needed a hotel to stay at for one night and figured this one was close to the areas we were going to see.....BIG MISTAKE 1. We paid 168.00 for a room in the basement next to the cleaning carts and laundry room. Filthy 2. When we arrived at our room housekeeping was finishing up for the day which meant...

this is the worst hotel I ever stayed at in my life. the room is really small and the customer service is poor. The breakfast lady was really rude, they need to hire a nicer lady. Will never recommend to any one.

My fiancé and I stayed here for one night during the week. We were seeing a show at the Kings Theater and this was the cheapest hotel I could find....but you get what you pay for that's for sure. The rooms are tiny and nothing fancy. It's not in one of the best areas. The only thing good about the...

This was a last minute trip due to a sudden death in the family and it worked. Quick long weekend in and out. The bed and pillows were very comfy, room was nice and spacious, and the hotel had free limited parking on a first come first serve basis which is rare in NY. It's definitely not the Marriott, but...

I work for choice hotels and booked this hotel through my choice membership. When booking the hotel, I wanted an upgraded hotel with good amenities as my partner and I wanted to tour the city of Brooklyn and New York City. We were able to drop our luggage off before checking in so we can explore and check in later...
