Our stay was just Ok - we stayed there for one night last week. Our sleep was not comfortable. No sure if was the bed itself or the deodorizers they use but my husband is not allergic and he did not sleep well either. Staff was half and half - one very professional - the other one not so much....

Hello Martha, Thank you for sharing your experience with us, as always we aim to have all of our to be amazing and we will enforce retraining to those that may have not displayed the standard of professionalism and care that we strive to provide. I am happy to see that the breakfast was up to par and I would...

The front desk staff were really polite and helpful and the rooms were clean but I would never stay here again. A tip for out-of-towners: if you see that a hotel has nothing around it that stays open past 9pm then you are in a bad area. I had forgotten toothpaste and was told to walk to the gas station...

Stayed there for 2 nights at reasonable price of hotwire deal I had got on a late reservation. The place is nice and pretty clean. Always smells nicely. It is of walking distance from downtown Brooklyn, though the hotel street itself is industrial, holding a couple of garages. One incident we had was no response to our request of solving...

I stayed one night at this hotel to attend a wedding around the corner. The hotel is clean and well suited for a couple to be comfortable for a few days. Oddly, I had to run the hot water for almost five mins before it actually got hot? Other than this the only other odd memory was that the staff...

This is a very nice hotel, nice rooms and such. However I returned home to find that they have charged my card twice for my room and have taken little to no effort to help rectify this. I would also like to mention that this is still ongoing . Would not recommend.

My wife and I stayed here for a brief overnight stay for a half marathon this past weekend. Here are my takeaways. The front attendant was not the most pleasant person in the world. Didn't really smile or take an interest, but she was slammed. The rooms are relatively small, but very comfortable beds, huge smart tv. and the showers...

This hotel is close to Barclays without being in the middle of all the craziness. If your not paying attention you would not know it was there. Staff was friendly and attentive. I honestly don't understand why anyone would review it negatively. Also one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on! Great stay and I will stay again.

While the price was reasonable the rooms reflected that and let in a lot of noise from other rooms and the hallway. The breakfast was basic (cereal, muffins and waffles) but reasonable but unfortunately in a very small room so lots of waiting for the waffle machine and hard to fine a table - we just took the food back...

This hotel marketing is a LIE. The rooms-not suites-are taken up entirely with the beds& bathrooms have non-working Jacuzzi tubs. Their billing & their customer service is poor. It's an old Comfort Inn.
