We stayed at the Rose Walk Inn for one night before leaving early in the morning for an all day kayak excursion on Lake Powell. We were warmly welcomed at the door by Verda as Jim got the couple who arrived before us settled in their room. Jim then joined us to discuss the plans for our stay and offer...

My husband and I stayed here just for one night. We were exhausted! Jim received us in a very warm way and we felt so comfortable! After several days on the road, with kms of hiking and different hotels, this retreat was heaven. Jim gave us several suggestions of places to see and restaurants to eat. He also help me...

We had a lovely stay in this B&B - great advice from Jim on arrival, and amazing breakfast from Verda the next morning. Very comfortable and welcoming room and I saw some other guests enjoying beers out in the garden for sunset. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Welcome to the family! Jim and Verda take good care of their guests! Excellent homemade breakfast comes along with nice familytalk and a comingtogether with all the other guests. What a funny way to start the day. The rooms are well equiped and comfortable. Guests share bathrooms.

We have stayed at many B&Bs across the country and this is certainly one of the best ever. From the moment you enter the house on the first day, you are made to feel like one of the family, not just another guest. It was more like staying with friends than anything else. A fantastic experience.

Excellent hosts and best pancakes ever! Thanks Jim and Verda. Bed were very comfortable. We had the 2 upstairs bedrooms and bath. Very clean. Makes me smile looking back as we were abit uncomfortable when we arrived at the inn but now we smile remembering them making our breakfast and visiting. Jim booked our antelope canyon tour and set everything...

Our first time at a B&B turned out to be a great experience. Jim and Verda are wonderful hosts and the property was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delicious (Verda's wonderful pancake recipe with home made syrup) and we enjoyed visiting with our host. A good experience, and we would certainly stay at the Rose Walk Inn...

Jim and Verda were the best hosts, make you feel like family. Breakfast was an amazing feast from fruit to the most delicious light pancakes. The bed was so comfortable and no problem sharing the bathroom.

My wife, son and I spent two nights at the Ropewalk Inn B&B. The accommodations were excellent, the beds comfy and the breakfasts delectable. Would heartily recommend this for anyone visiting Northern Arizona, Southern Utah, or just passing through. The host and hostess, Jim and Verda go out of their way to make the stay special.

I stayed one night with these folks. They are so friendly and full of stories. They treated their guests like they were their children. I was a bad child and made them stay up until nearly midnight waiting on me. They did so graciously. If you want to stay in a place that feels like your home, stay here. And...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
We are a traditional private home B&B. We are conveniently near the airport but you'll be well insulated from the noises. Some of the rooms have shared baths but there are suites with private facilities available. We have had a lot of experience with providing advise on local sights, attractions and adventures. We get great feedback on our breakfasts and accommodations and we can adjust the menu to suit different dietary needs and time schedules. Come and experience both rims of the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Zion, Bryce, Lake Powell, Rainbow bridge, Antelope Canyon and much more from one home base. You will enter as strangers and leave as friends. ... more   less
