Our experience in late May tracks the experience of other recent visitors: you will get a warm welcome and find all reasonable expectations about comfort and cleanliness met. The meals reminded us of church suppers of our youth at their best. This time with beer or wine available. Don't be put off by the gravel road, but do make sure...

This lovely tucked away oasis is truly a hidden canyon. After traversing the steep switchbacks into the canyon, you will find a family-run ranch that spans a long, skinny swath of 400 acres along the canyon. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, the night skies are spectacular, and the owners are friendly and helpful. I would definitely return!

This is a great place to stay if you're not interested in camping or RV'ing. We went in April and were glad we came back to this comfortable lodge after visiting Great Basin NP. It was very cold in April!! They have a restaurant onsite, which sells beer and wine. We were with a group of friends, and the owners...

This wonderful place would be a treat anywhere, but what a pleasure to find it at the end of seven miles of (very good) dirt road outside of Baker, NV. The peaceful ambiance was just great. The room was lovely. The owners are friendly and helpful. The food is fine. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who visits...

Very peaceful location. Hosts are super-friendly/helpful. This place is truly off the beaten path, so do your best to get there in the daytime. Restful getaway, breakfast included, also an excellent hot tub. Access is via a scenic drive down a well maintained dirt road. Reasonable prices. Looking forward to visiting again.

Can not say enough good things about my two night stay at the property. First let me apologize for being a month late in writing this review but have been on the road almost all the time since. A location that was so quiet that deer were sleeping on our steps and a flock of wild turkeys only a few...

We stayed her for a few days while visiting Great Basin National Park and were delighted at every step. It is a drive off the main road: they want to make it worth it and they succeed. The room and bed are very nice, clean and comfortable. The outside courtyard is very well taken care of and there are lots...

First of all, finding lodging near Great Basin NP is slim pickings at best and I booked this place as it was pretty much all there was. I was a bit skeptical but had no real choices. Boy, was I ever surprised! There were 6 of us in 3 rooms. They were beautiful, well cared for, updated, spacious and very...

Oh my god; where to begin. My wife found this amazing place while searching for hotels near the Great Basin National Park, Lehman Caves and the Duckwater warm springs. The property is nestled in a hidden canyon (duh) and is at the end of a very long gravel road. it has wild turkeys, deer, cows and other wildlife just walking...

When visiting Great Basin National Park this is the perfect place to stay. As the name implies, its set in a hidden canyon, away from the harshness of the desert, and the accommodations are capacious and comfortable. Breakfasts are home-cooked - Robin will do eggs to order, and there are plenty of other options. Dinners (optional, extra nominal charge) are...
