This is a ranch style building with only two units, located about 1 miles south of the Great Sand Dunes Lodge compound. Unit 1, which we stayed, has a big closed in sunroom with the patio furniture, small frig & microwave. Bedroom is clean, big, with cooling/heating unit, 2 queen beds, TV with Direct TV. Also supplied are small bottles...

We spent the night in this campground when visiting Great Sand Dunes National Park. It is located just outside of the park entrance which is extremely convenient. The campground with in the park does not have any services such as electricity or water. While this place is more like a parking lot with all of the sits lined up, the...

We booked this site for Labor Day weekend with a group of 14. Group site 2 was great- nice trees and some privacy from sites 1 and 3. A little rocky so you have to be careful where you put your tent! Bathroom was a bit of a hike, but not a big deal. They had showers and running water,...

Camped at one of the large group camp sites. Location is very convenient to the sand dunes. Bathroom, shower and laundry facilities are in good shape and were very clean. The store/restaurant is very convenient, and fair priced.

Right at the entrance of the Great Sand Dunes National Park. There is nothing else for miles. Basically its a store, restaurant, gas station and cam ground all on the very bottom slope of the mountain Overall a good place I;ll review each part separately. Restaurant. Pretty good food. We ate breakfast here one morning . The food was pretty...

We enjoyed our stay at the Oasis Campground. Compared to staying in the national park campground, it is less manicured and only had one bathroom for the campground, but it had slightly more privacy (more trees). It is about a 5 minute drive to the entrance of Great Sand Dunes National Park. We arrived around 9:30 on a Friday night,...

First time to camp here. We rented the cabins, price is great especially during the July 4th weekend. I didn't like the smell of cabin, so we went to buy some air spray to remove some cabin odors. Beds are comfy enough for the camping. We had the full bed and a double bed, good for 4 person, a dining...

My family and I waited too long to make tent site reservations at Great Sand Dunes Natl Park, and it was already full when we arrived on Friday morning. I'm grateful there was still a place nearby to camp, and the convenience store, laundry machines, and showers were convenient. But the rocky, unnumbered sites had little shade, the restroom facilities...

Our party of 5 with a 40 motorhome and a 40' 5th wheel were too large for the Great Sand Dunes National Park. TrailerLife magazine did an article about the National Park and Oasis and I thought I'd give it a try. Sites are close together and we had to move a picnic table over a few feet to park...
