So we stayed here for a timeshare presentation for the holiday in which was right down the street. The room was HUGE for a single king bed room, which was fine because we ended up kind of having a party the last night. The bed only had 2sheets with a fleece blanket in between them, which isn't going to keep...

This hotel is older with all the ambience which goes with an older hotel. The pluses are the location, walking distance to all of downtown Gatlinburg and the the hotel restaurant with a Sunday buffet. Because of the age the rooms and lighting are disappointing if you compare to a newer hotel, but you should be out hiking or exploring...

The name "Glenstone Lodge" gives vision of a majestic building (Lodge) with a large open area for check-in complete with a fireplace and very comfortable furniture. A lodge typically has at least one restaurant and usually a coffee shop as well. Well for starters lose the vision I provided above. The lobby had very old, worn, dirty and uncomfortable furniture...

The hotel was a very good option. It was off the main strip, so it was quieter, but close enough you could walk to anywhere you needed to go. The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were clean. The hotel is older, but has been maintained. There is an indoor pool and little putting gold area. They also have...

The Glenstone Lodge was a very nice place to stay. Within walking distance to downtown but yet right in the mountains!! Lobby was very nice. It had a nice pool area, we never used it but it looked very nice and relaxing! The rooms weren't bad, looked like they could have used some updating, but were clean. The beds weren't...

If you are looking for an affordable hotel and to have more money to buy stuff in Gatlinburg, this hotel is not that bad. What sold me to come here is their indoor pool and spa, which is also not bad since it is HEATED. I enjoyed the heated spa after the long cold walk along Gatlinburg strip. This hotel...

We scheduled out visit for my birthday and planned a nice Thanksgiving Weekend get-away in Gatlinburg. Eveything was great except this hotel. A kids' football tournament was in town and their parents took over the pool area as their own private party area and the management of this hotel did nothing to stop it. They set up a DJ speaker...

We stayed at this hotel because of a promotion. It is being remodeled so that is good. The lobby was beautifully decorated. The bathroom was a bit small for us, but was doable. I think they need to put a grab bar in the tub but it was not a "handicap accessible" room. We had two queen beds and one...

This hotel is 2 blocks from the downtown area in the middle of Gatlingurg. Easy walking distance to evrything downtown. The room was nice, nothing deluxe but nice. It was very clean and it always smelled nice. My rate included breakfast and I enjoyed it every morning. Cooks would make you fresh omellets or waffles. There was bacon, fruits, hot...

When I first arrived to check in, I stood at the desk and watched the actual front desk supervisor play on her smart phone for a few moments. This was the first time I ever checked into a hotel and was not explained anything about the property. I could very obviously see a large pool area with multiple levels, which...
