I came down with my family for the weekend to preform a wedding. The staff was very friendly, our room was clean and we found it to be very convenient to town with two trolley stops in front. The kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. My wife wants to come back for our anniversary, and we most likely...

We reserved our room two weeks prior. We were on the ground floor and in walking distance of Gatlinburg. When we arrived at the motel, we were checked in quickly. We went to our room and first thing we noticed was, we had a crack under the door big enough that a crawly something could have came in. We stuffed...

Hotel is very convenient to all areas and roads. The stream running by room was nice. Room and furniture was old and musty. Had problems with noise from next room 2 of 5 nights with no resolution from desk. At check out the clerk did not want to give me a receipt, did not ask how our stay was or...

Stayed in August 2014 & had some issues with the maintenance/TV guy being in our room. The extra security latch is broke & spotted 1 roach which I killed. We loved the room though. 1 king bed (which was clean....mattress/box springs was not covered in plastic, which always raises suspicion of bugs), 2 full baths (1 upstairs & 1 downstairs),...

We reserved our room online-perhaps the hotel saves the really gross rooms for the guests paying a discounted rate? 1) The hotel looks like it's partially under construction-I didn't hear any noise but it looked terrible upon first impression. 2) The door barely opened, you had to shove it really hard-same to close obviously-there was a gap in the door-great...

The staff was "extremely rude" to my wife. She has a disability and is unable to stand for very long. The reservation was booked online and upon arrival my wife was told she would have to wait for service. That should've been the first clue since there were no other customers at the desk. Then the next clue was that...

This hotel is old and a little outdate.. the staff is really nice and will go out of there way to help you. The indoor pool is really cold but having 3 pools makes it easier to find a place to swim..I stayed in court side across the street and had 2 double beds it was a nice room cleaned...

Pros: Price and breakfast food Cons: I stayed here for a few days. With the low nightly rates, was thinking it would be fine. The lobby smelled like formaldehyde when I walked in. The room itself was ok with no signs of bugs at least but it smelled worse than the lobby. It was fairly late when I checked in...

This hotel is extremely outdated and dirty. We booked through booking.com for a quick weekend get away, so we weren't expecting the best room in the house, but yikes! Dirty rooms, dirty bedding, dirty floors and dirty bathroom, not to mention the moldy smell in the room. The Wi-fi never worked the entire stay and upon complaining to the desk...

We stayed in the court side rooms (across the street from the main building) for two nights. The rooms are a bit outdated and could use some serious cleaning. We used the outside pool on the court side and found it to be nice. We tried i\the indoor pool, but found it to be too cold for our liking. There...
