Room decor was way out dated, but I really don't determine a hotel by it's decor. Room cleanliness was extraordinarily clean. If I wanted to eat off the floor I could've. Staff was very friendly too! Definitely will stay again next time I plan a trip to Gatlinburg!!

As a young child and teen, my parents always stayed here. 50 years after my first visit, I revisited this hotel from my childhood for a three day stay. The room was simple yet very clean. The location is perfect if you want a downtown walkable location. The staff remains friendly. The free breakfast isn't much, but there are plenty...

It's not a bad motel and for the price right on parkway in town, we stayed in building C had a room with 2 queen size beds, bathroom was kind of small and beds we'll could be a lot better but overall would stay here again.

We decided to come to Gatlinburg a day early and where our reservations were, where we always stay, had no openings so we had to stay somewhere and this was the first place we called. Overpriced, dirty, water stood in the sink, it was just not a good experience. I made the reservation over the phone and I could have...

Friendly staff. The room was decent size besides the bathroom(small). The Tv in the room was small also. The beds are no where near luxurious (not comfortable). Pillows are flat as most of the pancakes around here. The one thing that makes this an average hotel is the location. Very convenient to almost everything. Free wifi. I would probably not...

Excellent location, friendly staff, very clean. It is an older hotel, but everything worked and was clean. It was a great price, and the staff really wants to make sure to give you the right room for the stay. I would definately return.

This hotel is older and buildings especially A could use some work. However the rooms and breakfast area were very clean and rooms have a fridge and microwave. The staff was very nice. It is right on the parkway within a short walk to all the best shops, restaurants, and fun places for the kids to go, and right at...

This hotel is located directly across from the Convention Center, it is older but very nice. The rooms are large, clean, and mine had a stone fireplace in it. There is a small outdoor heated pool and an indoor pool. Price was the lowest I could find at a grand total with tax at $74.05. (So keep in mind you...
