We stayed here one night and it was great- clean and modern decor! Close to town but probably not waking distance. It was very clean and the pool is perfect for younger kids! A great selection of food for breakfast as well. Would stay here...More
Our first experience with this hotel was a few years ago when we decided to bale out of a cheaper independent place where everything was going wrong. Since that short stay was a good experience, and I am a Marriott Rewards member, it was a...More
I have stayed here twice over the years. I remember it being located on top of a hill, or slope that was higher than the parkway, but I may be remembering another Fairfield. It is just majestically beautiful. The foliage that surrounds it, the look...More
We were in Gatlinburg because we recently found a picture of my husband's mom and dad taken fifty years ago on the Gatlinburg sky lift. The exact date was July 16th 1965. We thought it would be fun to ride the sky lift exactly fifty...More

Thank you for informing us of your stay! It sounds like you had a great experience here and enjoyed your time! I really thought that was a neat idea, going on the sky lift and having two photos fifty years apart. I am sure...More
This hotel is on the fringes of "the action" in downtown Gatlinburg. That's kind of good and bad as it's a bit of a hike toward the main strip, but you are a bit out of the mass congestion. The hotel itself is quite nice...More

We didn't use the voucher because the town was super crowded when we were there and we just didn't want to navigate the traffic mess again. We took the trolley which is the purple line. Trolley stop is in parking lot of Fairfield and it lets you off smack in the middle of Downtown by the Aquarium. At 50 cents a person each way, it's a bargain.
