We always stop here for a few days either before or after we go to Florida. They have a great location just 1 block away from downtown and across from the river. The room are large and have a micro and fridge. I just wish they had WIFI. We are very glad they made it through the fire unlike the...

My husband and I spent Christmas at the Mountain Heritage Inn. It was again a wonderful experience. Our room was ready when we arrived and even though they had recently been through the wild fires the Mountain Heritage Inn was fully operational. The place across River Road was burned to the ground. Our room was clean and inviting. The motel...

We have a week-long family reunion at Mountain Heritage every June, and they’ve always treated us great. That’s also why we’ve stayed here on many other memorable occasions for well over 20 years. This is an older hotel with no frills whatsoever. The price is very reasonable and it’s in a nice, convenient location. Off the main drag, but a...

We stayed in one of their cabins! After reading some of the other reviews we did know what to expect but, were very pleasantly surprised. The cabin was clean, spacious, and fun. The location was spectacular! We have been going to Gatlinburg for years usually staying in Midtown lodge because of its center of town location. When it was torn...

Stayed shortly after the fires. Everything was very clean and nice. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff was great. Location was in the middle of everything, a short walk to all. Will be returning .

My mother (older lady) stayed here during the time the Smoky Mountains tragically caught fire. When it was time to evacuate, the hotel owner, Dorothy, drove my mother to an adjacent city that was safe. Dorothy not only paid for her to stay in a hotel for two nights, but she also had her niece, Michelle, drive my mother to...

My husband and I stayed here last year in a room. This time we brought our grown children and our teenager. We stayed in bungalow #130. Two bedrooms. Two full baths. Full kitchen. We are very pleased and will continue to stay here each year. Ms. Dottie is the sweetest lady.

We have been staying at this facility for the last 6 years. We used to get a hotel room, but now we book the rondette (cabin) that allows pets. The rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly. The rondettes actually have two bedrooms and 2 full baths with a full kitchen and living room. We bring our two...

Very Very old motel.. needs updates ASAP. Pulled covers back hair all over bed. We had to pull all the covers off the bed and sleep with no cover. We also slept with full cloths and shoes on. We did not bring our overnight bags in the room because it was so nasty. We we're wondering why ever hotel in...

Way cleaner than I expected. Only thing I found dirty was under phone but who looks there? Body soap was in bathroom. Bed was so comfortable. Room was bigger than I thought. Shower was amazing! Better than my own. Now for the reason I didn't go any higher. . TV was a box no flat screen and was old. The...
