My husband and I returned to the Mountain Heritage Inn for Christmas this year. We were again able to stay in the room we requested, as it is perfect in location. We know the mattress, heat/air, and the shower. No surprises. We arrived late in the afternoon on Christmas Eve. The room was clean and ready for us. The heat...

Loved staying here! The people who work here are so friendly and cater to your every need. The rooms are very clean and the place is close to everything you need to go to. We were able to walk everywhere and saved money because of not having the expense or bother of parking. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice room, had a jacuzzi and a fireplace, plus a balcony overlooking the road..............a little noisy, but a nice room all the same. Within walking of all the attractions of Gatlinburg, and a reasonable price. We have stayed there several times, ans will stay again.

My parents have been coming here for years. So this October my mom and I went here on a girls getaway. We stayed in what they call a roundette, which is a cute little round house that has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and living room. It's really a perfect size and has everything you need to just...

I have been coming to Gatlinburg for almost 40 years. Always in November when the lights are on. I have stayed at this Inn for the past 23 years. The rooms are a little outdated, but extremely clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. It's a very short walk up the hill to downtown. Easy to access River Road to...

We have seen the Rondettes for years when driving down River Road. Decided to stay here after finding out it was dog friendly. We have an elderly dog and do not feel comfortable with leaving her in a regular motel. This place is older, but very clean. Our only complaint was that the internet is not the best, but we...

This is my husband and my favorite place to stay when we go to Gatlinburg. We have stayed multiple times. The staff has been so nice- even calling our room on Christmas morning to wish us Merry Christmas! The rooms are always clean and whenever we've needed anything they have always worked to accommodate us. It has a GREAT location...

We decided on a last minute trip to the Smokies since we have Dollywood Season Passes. My husband likes to stay on the strip so we can walk at night and enjoy the different activities there. It was tax free weekend, so the area was full. We were driving around looking for a place & stopped in here. This hotel is...

Have been going down to Gatlinburg for about 20 years and always enjoy the stay at this hotel! Just one block over from main st. with all kinds of dining places. Nice pool and very comfortable room. Price of rooms very reasonable. Nothing fancy, but very clean and easy access!

We love this place. Have been staying here for the last 10 years. We have had King Room, double bed room and even stayed in the cottages. Everyone has always been very nice and we have never had any problems. Would have enjoyed a microwave in the double bed room, but it no biggie. Internet worked fine, only thing was...
