I'm not sure if all of the cabins rent from the same company but my cabin was horrible. The cabin was dirty, there were no pans, and the water was gag worthy from the smell alone.

Pros: Nice cabin and it was clean. Somewhat accomadating for a large group.
Cons: Fewer sofa sleeper than advertised
Only one washer and dryer.
Only one dishwasher worked
Wi-Fi very weak
Lower level feels very tight
Not a true 9 bedroom cabin.

You can find my detailed review of our stay elsewhere on this site, but we will never book with this company again. The cabin had so many issues and was unclean, but the main issue was the well water was full of sulphur and smelled like rotten eggs. That and other issues are really the homeowner's fault. (Management did not take care in cleaning it.) They hinted that the devastating fires a while back increased the insurance for cabin owners, so many are not doing upgrades or maintaining the "luxury" level (comfy beds, decent furnishings, basic kitchen items) as they are not wanting to put the money in to it. And many are trying to sell their cabins and also not keeping them up. We also had an issue with the fine print fees. Refilling a hot tub between guests? Either it looks like they don't refill, or they could have a sealing system to not have to refill if not used. They also charged us $51 for unasked for "Trip Cash" that was left on our kitchen counter and appears to be a gift from the coupons wording, yet for our size cabin we were charged the above fee. Never used it. Book elsewhere as a backup, arrive to GFalls early enough to check it out and if not happy, go to your backup lodging!
