The rooms were not what the pictures online make you believe. The bathroom had mold, the bathroom door had apparently been chewed up by a dog. The toilet stopped up and when called front desk, they had my husband come down and get a plunger to unstop the toilet. Rooms weren't turned over until the 2nd day. Had to call for clean towels etc.

Room Tip: Request room on lower levels or be sure elevator is working properly. Breakfast was mediocre.

I got a screaming deal on Priceline for my room. Honestly I wasn't expecting very much for what I paid. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was older but my room was very clean, the bed was super comfy, I had a huge TV and I even had a private deck. The continental breakfast was awesome lots of choices. The staff was super friendly very laid back and down to earth. I will be back!!

Stayed here for 5 nights. The property is older, but fairly clean. It’s a pretty good hike to all the attractions. We booked a pet friendly room and it was retry rough. Obviously some people don’t control their pets like they should. My complaint was the extra $20 a night that they spring n you after you book and think you know what you’re going to be paying. You would think a “pet friendly room rate” will include any charges for having your pet in the room. To me. It was misleading and we won’t be back.

Thanks for staying 5 nights with us . We would like to tell our future guest that we have pet rooms & non-pet rooms & they are the same price . We have designated floors for pet rooms . Yes we do charge $20 per pet per night to keep up the extra facilities we provide for pets. Our pet policy is online www.choicehotels.com/tennessee/gatlinburg/quality-inn-hotels/tn725. Hope you give us another chance when around .

No indoor pool, and right now no hot breakfast, but the rooms are MASSIVE. Older facility, only one elevator, but rooms were clean, nice mountain views, fireplace. Well situated as you come into town from Pigeon Forge.

This property has seen better days. Our group stayed in 2 rooms which were not side-by-side, yet both rooms had the same bad odor. The rooms were not soundproof. Could hear noise in units above late at night and people outside after midnight. The bathroom in my unit had peeling paint, and the non-slip surface in the tub looked dingy. The light and fan switches were dirty. The bed was comfortable and appeared clean, but the room had clearly not been remodeled in years or been recently deep cleaned which was not very reassuring during the pandemic.
