Hospitality is number one here. You couldn't find nicer, friendlier, or more knowledge staff. They know the area. They help in any way they can. It's quiet and secluded. Just minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg.

Everyone at Tree Tops was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I will plan on staying there again. It was awful to see the losses they suffered in the big fire, but every body's spirits were high about rebuilding.
We've visited TreeTops since the early 1980s. It is off the beaten path and the main sound is the Roaring Fork Creek. We love its nearness to the national park. You can see the regular upgrades. Can't wait until it's back in its normal condition.
